Terrible service from Niel salesman and his boss in Evans Halshaw Renault Middlesbrough sold us a car, took the holding deposit from us on the Wednesday. Told us they would phone to confirm date for car pick up and for us to choose the Reg plate, a week later still hadn’t phoned. We phoned them, they hadn’t held the car for us as promised and we had signed, paid for. Offered us a different vehicle with less specs. We took our business to RMB in Darlington and got great service. We pick our car up next week!
