Having recently purchased a car from Evans Halshaw, Northwich, I would like to say that the service provided was excellent. Josh Mercer, in particular, was extremely professional, very helpful and his customer approach good mannered and friendly. I have purchased cars through Evans Halshaw before, and would certainly choose them again.

We have just purchased a new st line ford focus from fords Northwich. We would just like to say from the moment we walked into the building to picking the car up a week later, we had nothing but excellent service all the way through.I purchased a st line badge off the internet for the front grill as this was not standard on this model.Gave them a quick call asking would they fit it for me as I was not confident enough to do so.I was asked to take it to them and that they would fit it for me.Had a coffe while I waited the 10 minutes it took to fit,what more can you ask for ? Shiraz,Josh,Jacob,the sales team,big thank you to all. Thanks also to the young mechanic who fitted the badge.

After a noise started to develop I had me vehicle looked at with Ford Northwich who found the issue and repaired the vehicle. Very happy with this repair

Called in today, the day after purchasing a used car from their Burnley branch, had a fault with the headlight, called Burnley but as we live in Northwich were told to go there. Absolute waste of time, didn’t want to help, and were sarcastic when we explained that their colleague in Burnley told us to go there. Shrugged shoulders and said had never heard of him....not a great attitude is it, given it’s all one company!

I purchased a car for my Grandson last October but due to Covid19 he only past his test last month and has done less than 3,000 miles since the purchase The screen on his Polo has gone blank and I asked the sales man who sold it to us if they would have a quick look at the car and see whether it was a quick fix or not but all I keep getting is it’s out of the manufacturers guaranteed so I can book it in if you want me too. I only purchased it 13 months ago and like I said it has hardly been driven due to Covid19 so I’m very disappointed in the Salesman’s attitude and will not be purchasing another vehicle of this company all they are bothered about is selling cars not looking after potential future customers.

Horrendous customer service, absolute nightmare to deal with, I took my Ford Fiesta back to Evans Halshaw Northwich Ford to have a couple of faults repaired under warranty. After 5 days of them having the vehicle they gave me back exactly the same as when I dropped it off and told me a couple of lies to try justify this.
