I needed the Security codes. When I visited them the first time, a lady told me that she needs the V5 and ID to proof it's mine. When I brought the requested documents a man told me that they need a photo of the car in there workshop! That's weird and unprofessional. Thank you Evans Hashaw for your useless services

I recently purchased a car from Evans Halshaw Vauxhall. Simon Watts was the salesman I dealt with. He offered a really good service.
Was looking to downsize my car spotted a little ford ka on the website . Rang at around 9 15 in the morning and spoke to Alex jacgues in sales at the redfield road branch of evans halshaw in Nottingham. he informed me the car was still available . I asked if it was OK to pop down there an then an an it was . The whole process was so smooth an swift I arrived Alex sat down with me and asked exactly what I wanted an listened . He then took me to see the car arranged the test drive an out we went . No pushy sales techniques no over selling of this an that I arrived at about 10am an was gone an the deal was done by 11am . That was on the Friday an the car was ready on Wednesday. Lovely little ka and an absolute pleasure to buy . I have to admit best car buying experience of my life an I've had some cars as I'm in my 50s now an been driving since i was 17 . This is exactly how a car buying experience should be . Cant thank Alex enough for the service provided an i will when ready to upgrade or exchange definitely be visiting again . Thankyou once again Mr Davies

Sold a car for over £12,700. Many issues which could've been avoided if they had bothered cleaning it. Repaired what they said they would in the sales video. Re furbished the wheels correctly not used an odd paint colour and a touch up brush. Waste my day off work due to not authorising payment to another Evans Halshaw local to me. Bad rude attitude from sales manager. Other staff were polite and courteous, haven't got anything positive to say about the company if there is an issue 'they have caused' Car shouldn't have been sent out as it was and is an embarrassment as my 2nd car from Evans Halshaw

My recent vehicle part-ex and used car purchase was smooth and effortless thanks to the helpful and attentive help from Simon Watts.
We were very impressed with Simon Watts at Evans Halshaw, Nottingham. He made the whole process of part exchanging our existing car for a ‘new to us’ VW Tiguan very easy and pleasurable. He even sorted out the drive home insurance and the change over of road tax. In our opinion he is an asset to the company.
