tl;dr: They lost my service log book, which had a full service history. The issue remains unresolved, and I am awaiting an appropriate solution. I recently took my car to this dealership for an MOT and full service. While the service itself was satisfactory, I've faced a frustrating situation due to their loss of my service log book. Upon discovering that the log book was missing, I informed the dealership and confirmed that I had handed it over. They assured me that they would locate the log book and return it or send it via mail. However, after a week, they still hadn't found it. When I called to follow up, they proposed sending me a new service log without the stamps from previous services. This solution is inadequate, as it doesn't maintain the full service history of my car. I've requested that the representative escalate the issue to a superior, in hopes of reaching a fair resolution. To date, I am still waiting for updates on their communications. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it is crucial for a dealership to take responsibility and provide suitable remedies when they do. I am hopeful that they will recognize the inconvenience and potential loss of value resulting from the missing log book and offer an acceptable resolution. In the meantime, I would advise caution when entrusting this dealership with important documents. I will continue to update this review as the situation progresses and until a satisfactory outcome is achieved.

I recently purchased a used Ford Fiesta from Evans Halshaw Rotherham and my purchase was dealt with by Nathaniel Shaw. Nathaniel was extremely tentative and helped us to secure our order and delivery within 1 week from initial talks which met the urgent delivery deadline we needed. The whole process from start to finish was hassle free and quite joyful given how stressful large purchases can be. I would highly recommend Nathaniel of Rotherham branch and would happily purchase from this dealership again.

Spoke to Trev Greenfield dropping into the site at Rotherham. Helped us sort some history on our 8 month old Mustang Mach1, Mostly impressed with the fact that Trev came outside to look for us with a little more information. Meaning he didn't just dismiss us on leaving the show room. Thank you and will call again for my next service.
Came to brouse at cars saturday and decided on a 68 plate ford ecosport. The salesman Trev is such a nice lovely person and talked me through everything i needed to no. Highly recommend him if you go there as hes the best!!!!!
Found a 67 plate Focus at Rotherham and decided to buy it for the wife, I enquired to Sales and was put through to Trev who was very informative and helpful, he guided me through every stage with no dramas (apart from my printer packing up) and then home delivered my new car 200 miles away. A big Thank you for a pleasant and swift service.

I bought a 16 plate Citroen C3 Picasso today from Evans Halshaw Rotheram. The whole procedure was slick, and very very professional , To say I am pleased with the car is an understatement, The salesperson, a lovely young lady called Grace Dawson, looked after me royally, and was extremely helpful, polite, and friendly, I have had some dreadful experiences when buying cars in the past, ..so thank you Grace for making this such a very pleasant experience. Where to start🤔 Car had deep scratches to the front bumper, not mentioned, drivers seat had cigarette burn, not mentioned, had car 4 weeks but no log book so checked on gov website, not been changed yet, mot runs out in Dec, should be 12 months, we pay more from a dealer and expect more, I could of got this car a lot cheaper privately in this condition🙄
Bought a ford focus from car shop doncaster which developed a fault 4 months after purchase ( petrol particulate filter full ). Was told by car shop that warranty would be with a ford dealer so called evans halshaw as was closest for me. I was informed this was a common problem with this model & that it would need a software update to clear the problem. The person dealing with me was very helpful & explained the work would be carried out under warranty with nothing to pay and even arranged for the car to be picked up and delivered back to my home. Big thank you to evans halshaw rotherham, great service.
Been a few times with our Ford. Firstly, there's never anywhere to park. Ever. If you leave your car for service, whilst you nip to the service desk to drop it in, you'll likely get accosted by an angry saleswoman. Went in once to ask about inflatable seat belts that are in our vehicle and all I got was people who couldn't help and a smarmy salesman who thought he could sell me a vehicle (he wouldn't listen to what I was telling him). I'll not be returning here when our warranty expires.
