I bought a min cc i 59 reg car with 26000 miles on The clock from evans halshaw citroen stockton on tees back in September 2017 by January I found out that my roof was leaking it taking them 3 mths to fix they said it was going to cast 7000 pound for a new roof but in the end they fix it for 700 pounds then a month later my engine worning light came on so I taking it down to Evan halshaw Stockton and the service manager called Matt told me they will book it in so see what the problem is but I got know reply from him so once again I went back down to the garage they told me to take it over to mini dealers next to them they found out what the problem was but Evan halshaw would not let them do the work to it cause Matt said they are adding on more work but at this time the worning light had been removed so I tuck it home 2days later it came on again so I went back to evan halshaw Matt what's again said he will book it in by the way Matt is the service manager .I told him I was going away for 2 weeks in 10 days time and I was taking the car to leed airport he said he will have it in before then once again I got no reply from him so I went on holiday and on the day me and my Mrs were come home at 1.30am on the a1tje engine worning light once again came on but this time I was doing 70 miles and the car went dead on my me and my wife were so scared we thought we were going to die .I had to put on my worning lights .my brother came to tow me home because by this time my battery went dead . When the garage open up on Saturday morning i spoken to mate again I said how come my car did not get repaired before I went away he word's were sorry my foot I forgot that was on the 16/7/18 4 weeks later I phoned up Matt said we have to do a diagnostic on it but I need a new battery which will cast me 270 pounds but I got a new battery for them then a week later he said I need a new engine then 2weeks later he says when they were putting the engine in he said I also need a new clutch now I Will have to now pay 182 pounds towards it that was on the 22/08/18 when I rang up on 28/08/18 the rep said my car will be ready to pick up on 31/08/18 I have just phoned and she said my car will not be ready now till next week . every time I ask for a replacement car they keep saying I have to pay for one but my evans halshaw guarantee say Ivan have one my car has been in there garage now for 11weeks I will have to pay for fiance and road tax and insurance and pay taxi and from work up to now I am about 650 out of pounds out of pocket all because I went to Evan halshaw for a car I should of went to a back street garage in stead also every time I phone I get put on hold for 15 mins till I have to hang up because he will not speak to me
