Absolutely avoid Evans Halshaw Vauxhall in Wakefield when purchasing a second hand car. Nothing short of a back street car lot, with customer service an almost afterthought. It took over a month to be recompensed for things that should have been standard, Is it any wonder that that the dealer principal (sic) has since left??? Shambolic isn’t even close to describe these Charlatans.

I visited Evans Halshaw Wakefield and was left waiting for 20 minutes while around 7 salesmen huddled around one desk doing nothing. I was finally passed from one person to another and was eventually spoken to in a very poor manner by a so called manager Jayson Flavin. Being a holder of shares in this company I feel it was a very disappointing, poor level of service. People within this environment should be professional and Jason is far from this and could do with a lesson in manners.
