They were great people, friendly, professional and in tune with what I needed. They quickly found the ideal car and made the buying of it a super smooth transaction. My daughter is over the moon!!! Great service by two genuinely nice employees.

I purchased a car from Evans Halshaw Ford in Walsall 8 months ago, only now have I needed to change the tyres and mechanic changing them asked for the locking wheel nut key. I gave him what I thought was the key turned out to be a nut off the wheel. I was never shown the key on hand over, I assumed that nut ticked away was it. I called them up to basically be told tough Sh**t. Won't reimburse me for the cost of having them replaced, not willing to space them themselves without charging me. Happy to take my money, I will never buy another car off these criminals and discourage others from making my mistake. Be warned people, avoid these con artists pretending to be sales people. I also sensed some racist behaviour as per one other reviewer here, purely from body language and how I've seen Caucasians get treated. I did not care you go into that as I will be avoiding them in future.

Sorry hasn't proofed before submitting my review. I assumed that nut tucked^ away was it. Won't reimburse me for the cost of having them replaced, not willing to replace^ them themselves without charging me. Regarding the racism, after reading others reviews here maybe I'm mistaken, it seems they have an attitude with everyone, not just Asians. I did not care to^ go into that as I will be avoiding them in future anyway.
Friendly Service from all staff in this Branch of Evans Halshaw in Walsall, very helpful and understanding of Customer Needs/Budget. Sales Advisor Megan was friendly and helped sort a Car out for me when I wasn’t sure what to go for.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Evans Halshaw Ford in Walsall is a shambles. Poor staff communication, staff who have no clue, tried to convince me that a car with 6 former owners, no service history and low mileage was worth buying and said it was due to it being passed around in the family - what rubbish? The reviews for this place says it all, don’t waste your time or money!!!! I would name particular staff who are rude, the managers are also rude and genuinely have no idea. Save yourself the trouble. I wouldn’t even rate this place one star if I didn’t need to!!!!

Racist, Corrupt, Liars. No Asian Should use this Company. Be WARNED…. I will be uploading all my Phone conversations and posting the Youtube Links to Highlight and Prove this Post as Valid. I have also Requested a Subject Access Request of all my Logs and Phone Calls today. They have so far ignored this, so will report issue. Well I recorded all on my phone App. Will keep updating this Complaint and Posting Everywhere Online, so you can see how they have lied throughout the Year and left me, my children and other road users at serious RISK of DEATH. The Walsall Evans Halshaw Branch has sold me a car with a DANGEROUS Clutch. I have recorded all phone calls where they have said it’s NOT Dangerous and it’s the heat is causing a Loud Click every time I press the Clutch down (5 Calls). (Manager at Walsall Evans Halshaw - Andrew Smith today on 06/12/2018 has now said “any noise from the car is an issue”), he hung up on me 2 times as I questioned him and now they are Lying and saying my Clutch will not get fixed by Walsall Evans Halshaw as expired the replacement 12 months by a month or 2. They set me up and cleverly wasted all this time to this point and now showing the true Culture within this Organisation. I have taken over a week off from work at the Fire Station to drop In/Out of the Walsall Evans Halshaw Garage (up to 10 days). The mechanics try the cheapest option (replace a £2 Spring), then a Clutch Cylinder as a last resort (1 day visit for each attempt of them looking or trying to replace a part). As the noise only comes back, above average Hot or Cold weather, making it an intermittent problem. The Garage have no idea how to resolve the problem and have managed to lie and con me to the point of having to escalate the problem to Ford and Pendragon. Ringing the Complaints section on 01623 729400 & 0333 323 9178. Roxanne and then the Manager Jayne Peach (Says she is highest point of contact in Ford and Complaints and has final decision). They did not log calls and the Customer Service was equally as Rude, Corrupt, Racist and Biased. Putting me on Speaker phone (guessing to mock the customer or make fun?) and Lying. (Denying I had called 2 days previously and not putting notes on the system. Poor Customer Service and shows how Deceitful they all are. I will upload these Calls as Proof and show their attitude and mannerisms on the phone to me. (You can make up your own mind and decide) They do not care and Lie and have no intention of helping. I have had to record all my own calls for my protection, as they seem to not record or log calls. I will not stop updating this complaint and uploading all my information, as they have already wasted so much of my time. So, will keep exposing how Corrupt and Racist this branch and the escalation process is...… Contacting Ford direct and area Manager before visiting site and uploading my Video online to see what they have to say. Will update more on progress...….

I don't understand what was racist about all that?
Me and my friend were waiting 3 days to see if the car would go through on finance. They are rude and moody and didn’t seem to care when we were waiting 2 hours being late for work. Would of preferred to be told how long it was actually going to be instead of being strung along. Absoloulte joke. Not helpful, rude and dishonest company. Never coming to Evans Halshaw Ford Walsall again!

Evans Halsahw Ford in Walsall is an absolute sham of a company..this is my second review, I hve waited for over 2 weeks for them to sort mistake out..Had a call from Megan sales assistant to say had another car for me..but conveniently her computer broke down so promised to call back in couple of hrs. This was Wednesday 12th September.. not called back to this day..full of liars and false promises. Went down today to get refund of my deposit of £200. No apology just told by front desk they will send bak to account. Took 2hrs to get from my account but will take 4 days to refund. Cartoon Company..avoid the package of lies and deals of broken promises. No customer care from anyone at Walsall. Need full training.

Terrible customer service, waited over 30 mins before leaving. Just felt like a glorified coffee shop with staff stood around talking to each other with no interest in customers.
I went in to the dealership on 30th May and placed a deposit on a Mini Coopers SD they the talked me into apply for their finance even though I had finance in place with another company they told me to not to worry if they could not help with finance then I could use the company I had in place. The following day they promised to call me and provide an update I received no call so I called them around 3 they then said they would call me back, there was no call the next day I called them they then informed me that they had found finance and were just waiting for details to be confirmed then they would call me back. Guess what they never called. The next day I received a letter from the finance company they applied through stating that I had been approved but for 10k not 12k. I called Evans Walsall again as they had not returned my call and told them that I had received the letter and what it had said. The dealer the said they would call me back once they had clarified the information. They never called back again, I then decided that had enough and decided to go elsewhere. If they had of called me back I would have put the additional money up for the car. I then called them and informed them that I was not happy with the service and that I wish to speak with the manager, the reception staff said they would get the manager and placed me on hold. She then cam back on the phone and stated that the manager said that the order had been cancelled and the deposit of £200 will be paid back onto the card this was on 17th May. Today’s 24th May the deposit still had not been returned so I had to call again to be informed that the refund had not been processed and that they would do it now however this will take another 3 days. I have to say that this is worst service I have received and I have a feeling that the car was listed 2 low or they had sold the car twice as they car has not been listed for resale since the cancellation.

From the moment we walked in to the show room the staff at Evans Halshaw Ford in Walsall were more than happy to help we were dealing with Megan,Matt and dan they went out there way to help us find the car we wanted and dealt with the paper work so we had no issues and they stayed open till I could get there to pick the car up all in all 5*
