I bought the car one year ago and I paid for two years extended warranty…6 months after I realised that the air conditioning was broken, took the car for repairs and supposedly they fixed the issue but they charged me for refilling gas…after two months the same issue came up…new appointment and I was informed that I needed to cover the cost of the repairs!! Absolutely joke and ridiculous…800£ for nothing…

After being disappointed in other Evans halshaw branches I decided to give this branch one last try. I am so glad I did! Kerry was absolutely wonderful and nothing was too much trouble! She was so knowledgeable and had an answer for every query I had! 100% reccomend
How could Evans Halshaw Wolverhampton improve?? Close down!! Absolutely disgusted and appalled by what turned up on our drive.. Bought an Smax Vignale 17 plate at just over £19,000 and from the very beginning i had said to the salesman please make sure all scratches and stone chips are removed before delivery (we live in norfolk) got sent a video the evening before which made the car look gleaming and scratchless.. Yet when it arrived.. Wow!! If only you could add photos.. The left side of the car looked as though it had been in a cat fight, covered in scratches, the bonet had over 20 stone chips alone, the right side had some pretty nasty stone chips.. There were 5 stone chips in the windscreen one large one that you could put your finger through.. None had been repaired! The front left tyre was perforated and had cracks in it through the tread but had been sprayed with the tyre finish!! I didn't even both looking inside i was not accepting this vehicle!! I have seen better condition tin cans!! Now we are without a car, my husband is self employed and cant work as im a foster carer and have 4 children, and need to use his work truck to do school runs and attend meetings and appointments.. My husband is loosing out on his income on what is already a difficult time.. No offer of arranging another vehicle, not even had the money refunded to try and look for another car.. Infact the manager even had the cheek to recommend we take out finance to purchase a vehicle until the refund comes back!! You have a lot to answer for.. Delivering a car in that state with an illegal windscreen and tyre, thats not including the horrendous body work, but then to leave a foster family with 4 children without a car and been forced into a position where the husband cant work as having to use his work truck is a disgrace! You also take our money on the same day but dont refund it and could take up to 5 working days!! So my husband is 5 days short of income?! And you do nothing.. Do not touch this company with a barge pole!! Avoid at all costs!! I will be taking this further and posting pictures. Utterly shameful service with no customer service at all once the vehicle is dumped on your drive..

After spending a large sum on a new Focus, I expected to be treated fairly and with an element of respect. On the first service I was shocked the dealership tried to rip me off with service costs. Over £215 quoted for an oil and filter change The situation made worse when I was LIED to, being told if the car was serviced anywhere else my warranty would be void. What a bunch of CxxNTS. I have dealt with these idiots before. I clearly didn't learn a lesson. But never again.
Great service when ordering, terrible aftercare. I ordered my Mustang through Jon Dallas whom was extremely helpful and made the whole experience of buying a brand new car wonderful. However when collected I noticed my car had deep tears in the leather in the center console, even after being checked by their workshop and by Jon himself. I had to have an entirely new console fitted a few months later after the part had been ordered in from the US. After 2 months of having the car, I went on holiday to the US and hired a Mustang. I noticed there was a silver plaque in front of the passenger inset into the dashboard. I came back to mine and found the area where this should have been to be empty. I emailed and after a few days I had a response - Jon confirmed this part had been missed off mine. They got the issues sorted for me, however I feel the whole experience of buying a new car has been ruined. The Wolverhampton Ford dealership and workshop quality department entirely missed two problems with my brand new car - despite it coming in for repair the first time they still didn't notice the dashboard plate missing! Although the car has been collected from my workplace in Walsall each time and also being offered a hire car (as you would expect) I can't help feeling disheartened and I have lost all trust in the dealership. I emailed Jon with my comments also asking for some compensation and I suggested 2 free services (I was open to other options) - to which he couldn't understand why I was complaining and was "confused." I quote "Also regarding the badge on the interior it was not noticed for over 5 months" and, over the phone "In all fairness we don't have orders for Mustang's that often." My response was how was I supposed to know about the badge - this was my first Mustang. He told me if I wanted to pursue this further I should contact Ford Customer Services or his manager Lee Hall. I replied straight away and asked for a call from Jon and Lee. I called twice before Christmas to be told Jon wasn't at his desk. I have now been waiting for a call from Lee since the 18th of December. I have chased Jon by email twice and had no response. To conclude, Jon Dallas at the Wolverhampton Ford dealership was great to start with - it's a shame their after sales care is non-existent, not to mention the manager not interested in sorting this out. I have lost all faith in the dealership and certainly won't be returning. My advice, be careful if ordering a Mustang from Wolverhampton Ford - I find it comical that a Ford dealership selling Mustang's isn't aware of the car's parts and expected quality.
