We bought a mokka from them april 2022 full price no haggling allowed . Was raining on purchase and when collected soon after noticed one side had been badly repaired lots of back and forth days holidays used for nothing got vauxhall involved they couldn't make them budge either . Left with full price multi shaded white car . Supposed to have full service history one was found but dates times etc all wrong . Its just had to have a spell out of the garage at home and the paint they used has bubbled and started to drop off . £13k for what is essentially a car with a very dubious history . They even got angry at my wife and I when we took it back the first time claiming we were accusing them of it being a write off etc which we now see was to get us to back off as they knew it had problems . One of the sales team kept saying you have 14 days to bring it back for moneyback but we were about to go on holiday and you have to make and appointment to suit them . I did think at the time he's pointed out this money back scheme a few times guess he felt guilty selling it .

They advertised a car on autotrader which they never managed to find for two weeks, I ended up buying elsewhere. As the main Vauxhall dealer in W'ton, I needed to arrange warranty work for 2 cars, an Astra and an Insignia, their service centre don't bother answering the phone most of the time, if someone does pick up the phone, don't be surprised if it's muted and put aside until you give up. Rang Lookers Vauxhall in Selly Oak, they answered within a minute and booked me in within 5 ... locally, they deserve the awful reputation they have, 1* is too high for them.

Went into showroom today to purchase some parts. I was asked to wait to be called. There was one person being dealt with, several staff walking about. After 35 minutes waiting I decided enough was enough and walked out. Really dreadful service. Went down the road to car spares distribution got served in 2 minutes and they were very helpful.

I'm having the same problems I have tried phoning parts department for 6 days now and no one is picking the phone up?. I have complained to head office as my car is still under warranty.... The next step for me is to go up there and see the dealership manager if I don't get any satisfaction then I'm straight to Paul Wilcox (CEO) of Vauxhall who is based in Luton. I'm disgusted at the way I'm being treated even the Vauxhall customer helpline is attrocios. I have a case number but they never phone you back, never sort anything out I'm just hitting my head up a brick wall. Just wait until I get up there I'm going to make heads roll I have had enough....
We changed our car yesterday for a Vauxhall Mokka at Wolverhampton branch and had the pleasure of being looked after by Emily Judge who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us in every aspect of buying our new motor,would have no hesitation in recommending Emily to anyone thinking of visiting the branch

MIS SOLD - RIPPED OFF Bought an Audi A1 and was assured that it would be serviced. We bought 2 years extended warranty.....after 2 weeks the vehicle broke down. Had not been serviced and nothing was covered on warranty. Cost over £1500 to rectify. The garage discovered all filters were blocked up and had not been serviced a long time. After many, many calls, emails and promises still not recompense. Continually passed from pillar to post - HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEN IGNORE YOU. SOLD A VEHICLE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE !!! This review then asks for ratings!! Total joke - doesnt give minus options .

bought and paid for a vehicle , then was informed that the mileage was actually double that advertised nationwide . Then before delivery we were told it would be delivered late as it required dents removed ? None of which were advertised . When i complained they said they did not tolerate threats and would refund our money , which we are still waiting for , days later .
No movement on the price, then charged £99 admin fee & receive absolutely nothing for it, & charged £10 for a test drive, would avoid at all costs.
