We recently purchased a new car from Evans Halshaw in Wrexham despite living in Nottingham. Due to the lockdown we were waiting to purchase a new car but came across this one at a great price with all the options we were looking for so decided to take a punt and go ahead with it. We made our initial enquiries and were answered quickly and efficiently by Stephanie Williams who answered any questions we had and arranged to get the car reserved whilst we sorted out our funds. (It was really nice not to have a seller try to press a lease or PCP deal). Once all was sorted we purchased the car all from our home and delivery was arranged quickly and at a convenient time for us. Throughout all of this Steph was consistently in contact updating us (sometimes outside of her work hours) and on days where she wasn't available her other colleagues were more than happy to help. When delivery day came around the car arrived on a trailer and we were really happy with her. Following this we did unfortunately run into a couple of issues with the car which meant we had to go back to Evans Halshaw. Once we had discussed the issues they put together a plan of how to resolve this and collected the car from us and dropped off a coutesy car for use whilst they were sorting out ours. I think it's important at this point to mention the car we purchased is somewhat rare at the moment and Evans Halshaw would need 2 to 3 weeks to source the parts direct from manufacturer. I know of other companies that would have left us waiting but they went out of their way to have the car sent to a specialist in order to resolve the issue quicker than waiting or the parts to come in. (Something that I would class as above and beyond). Throughout all of this we were kept up to date and if we asked for any information we were given it. The car is now back with us and sounds great. We are hoping to have many years of happy motoring from here on out but we'd certainly go back to Evans Halshaw again in the future. The team at this particular dealership, including their delivery drivers are an absolute credit to the Evans Halshaw name as they made the process as stress free as possible (considering the current conditions and issues we faced after delivery). I'd recommend anyone to visit here once things are open as I can only imagine the service you'd get face to face.
