I was very nervous about giving my Z4, both sets of keys and the V5 to a guy I had only spoken to on the phone twice and met on the day he collected my car. However, Mark was very professional and quickly established credibility, so I became more relaxed in allowing my pride and joy to be driven away. Mark sold my vehicle for significantly more than a dealership offered as a trade in and more than I was offered in a private sale.
