Stay away from this place. Shocking cars being sold. After sales is a disgrace. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. The car I have is dangerous and I can't afford to replace it. So angry and upset.

I bought a car in August 2015 from Evolution Cars Cardiff and I was told it came with a 28 day warranty. I drove it home and the engine management light came on so I phoned them and they said to take it to the auto electrical place that they use. This place checked it and said it needed a part , to cut a long story short the warranty was useless ,I called about 6 times they were not interested and 6 weeks down the track a car I paid £2000 for is now being scrapped due to an engine problem that was not fixed. Also they never sent any of the paperwork to the DVLA ,so BE warned.
Everything was very standard and straightforward at Evolution cars, I can't speak for the after sales as I haven't had any reason to contact the dealer since I bought the car in June. On the day they were helpful enough, it was all very quick and the paperwork was all organised. I've not got any real complaints.

The range rover sport they currently have for sale reg ou58gvv which is apparently in excellent condition is not as described it has clearly been in an accident if you look at the paint on passenger side front bumper front and rear quarter they have just tried to hide it with a product to make it shine the are tears in tires alloys are a mess and clearly bent in areas the interior is poor with rips on side of seats and on door cards the carpet on the roof is stained I traveled a long way to view this car and it is clear the owner thinks he can talk his way around any sale and would urge anyone thinking of buying a vehicle from them to stay away
They are ok, just a lot of things since i have had the car that now im noticing are not quite as they should be. I wish they had made me aware of these so they could have been sorted, if they didnt know then they should have them tested pre hand for quality assurance. I perhaps would still recommend as you can tell from this review but just be more thorough when buying a car from Evolution Cars with looking at the car, i didnt really know what to look for

I have to be honest and say i didnt find the whole experience completely to my satisfaction. Without going into specifics i just feel they could do more for their customers to help and share more knowledge on the vehicle itself. Would I recommend, i actually dont know, although it says yes as we have to chose an option was not overwhelmed by Evolution Cars
