I am writing this review after I bought a car 4 months ago. Before buy a vehicle, I meticulously read through the reviews about the seller. And I was sceptic as well. It’s known that people tend to leave feedback when they are dissatisfied, meaning positive experiences often go unmentioned. However, my experience was entirely different. I bought a BMW 5 GT, 2013 132000 miles with the N33 ANK reg numbered. The buying process was a positive experience from start to finish after having an issue. Despite the MOT not being due, the seller had do an MOT, completed all periodic oıl service, and had even replaced all four tires before handing the car over to me. These details made my buying process very joyful. I decided to leave a review for the seller because I was genuinely satisfied and wanted to share my experience with others. This week, I encountered a diesel particule filter issue with my vehicle. When I contacted the seller, he expressed his willingness to look into the problem and asked me to bring the car to him. Since the seller is also a mechanic, he personally attended to my car, fixed the issue, and offered me some valuable driving tips. The main takeaway here is that the seller truly makes an effort to do his best. I have seen firsthand that they will go out of their way to assist you with any problems you might encounter.You are not just buying a quality car; you are also getting after-sales support.

Travelled over 130 miles to collect a car, part ex it, got 10 miles down the road and we broke down on a very busy and dangerous road, we then had to wait an hour to be picked up and taken back to the garage where I took my old vehicle back, was told it would be ok to take home by the “mechanic” when coil pack was changed, even though it was the dpf that was totally knackered, we then both agreed that I wouldn’t take the new vehicle home and it would be delivered when fixed. They told me it was fixed, drove to me a couple of days later, for them to call me after an 1.5hrs of their apparent delivery & tell me it had cut out again on them, they agreed it would go back and he would personally over see the problem being fixed, so about 2 weeks after first visit they arrange to deliver the car but won’t get here until gone 8pm - they arrive, tell me everything is sorted & they’ve travelled over 130 miles so the car should be ok…. Took it for test drive again & 5 minutes in “ engine management light “ appears….. they plugged their computer in to the car & the same problem as the first day was still there! To cut a long story short they’re scammers, pictures are edited on auto trader and make you feel like it’s a nice garage until you turn up to an absolute sh*t show of a yard! Please anyone thinking of purchasing a car off these, PLEASE DONT FOR YOUR OWN TIME AND SAFETY!!!

Mr Dan, after all that we have been through together you are still upset, we don't agree with you on how things went. Yes we agree the car developed a issue on the day, we collect you and bought you back to out nice showroom, obviously you where upset which is totally understandable we offered a full refund including you fuel costs with a little extra for the inconvenience. Unfortunately you where desperate for our vehicle, because we offered To pay off your negative equity on your car which was more than what you car was worth , your finance company told us no one will accept you apart from this deal which we offered you, so you wanted our vehcile and it was agreed we will fix it and have it delivered to you at our expence So we went about trying to find the issue, this was difficult and eventually found out the catalytic converter had broken inside the car exhaust and blocked the exhaust system, we tried our best to make sure the car was right , now if we are scammers as stated by you why would I drive a car 130 miles to you to deliver the car at our own expense knowing it was faulty, only to pick it up again if it went wrong again, we don't agree with you on that statement, if our showroom looks like a s#£t show of a yard why didnt you walk away if thats how you felt? So we dont agree with you on that statment also, Our garage is in good clean condition, we refunded your fuel money and give you a little extra for the inconvenience, you where not out of pocket ,we also offered to refund you 2 times before hand but you still wanted the vehcile. We did our best trying to fix the car but on this occasion we where not successful. All I can do is apologise as I have done numerous times but we are dealing with used cars and occasionally these things happen and we go above and beyond to get things right as best we can, On this occasion you where not out of pocket, nor did you purchase the vehcile from us and we believe we don't deserve this review
Great guys, friendly and knowledgeable, this car was sold to me with 6 month warranty, new timing chain, water pump, I asked them how do I know the timing chain has been done, They showed me the online store/account where they purchase parts, timing chains, gaskets, seals, oil etc, the mechanic said come with me, pointed out in the garage, Merc and, BMW with there engines out, if the car has high mileage we pull the engine and change all (3) timing chains, OK I went outside dipped the oil on the car for sale, the oil is still golden, you wouldn't get this even with an oil change on a Diesel with 122,000 on it. After a test drive I notice a few things that needed repair, they addressed them and delivered it the following Friday, great job, after 2 days (100 miles) I heard a slight banging coming from underside, sounds, like exhaust hanger bad, I called them up and they fitted me in straight away, I watched them troubleshoot its, not the exhaust, they raised the car up then jacked up the front axle, they spotted it straight away, loose bolts on front suspension, (dam potholes), tightened the bolts, then reinstalled the wheels, well it was a surprise to me that this was the problem and what was really nice they used a torque wrench to tighten the wheel nut, that's rare now a days, great job, keep up the good work, we need more dealers like this!

I bought a 2003 Nissan Micra a couple of weeks ago with a full MOT and sold as a good reliable little runner. Two weeks on and 800 miles later I have to admit to being delighted with the car. It has a superb engine and gearbox and runs like a dream. I don’t usually write online reviews but in this instance, felt compelled to do so. The phrase... you pay your money and take your chance is always uppermost in my mind when buying a runaround but dealing with Evoque Motors of Blackburn has been a first class experience. I would most certainly recommend them as a reputable company. Thank you for being honest and up front.

I purchased a green BMW 1 series from Evoque Motors in April last year. I would STRONGLY advise anyone NOT to do business with this company – I have had nothing but issues with the car and Evoque Motors since purchase. The car had multiple issues which were not declared by Evoque Motors which made it dangerous to drive; faulty timing chain, broken exhaust brackets, seized brake calliper, worn alternator pulley and the timing case having to be resealed after Evoque Motors missed a bolt when carrying out the timing chain repair. Evoque Motors were unresponsive and unhelpful throughout this ordeal. I had to phone Evoque Motors multiple times a day to get any sort of reply from them. I’ve had to pay over £1000 on the car out of my own pocket over the last 11 months. Awful service and dangerous dealership. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.

Evoque Motors is a waste of a company to be honest was wanting to purchase a car from them i sent them a lowball offer hoping they was going to send me one back so that we could get on the same page before i set off on a 100 mile 1 way trip they completely ignored me i emailed them a few times and texted them a few times and still nothing i left another review on autotrader and they replied to that within an hour? just really shows what kind of company they are really they don't care about the customer they want to give you nothing in part exchange and then charge you an excessive amount for the car. the car was valued at £2700 they where trying to get £4000 for it i offered £3500 and that wasn't good enough as an update i finally got them to contact me back and they said the car has sold, i asked my girfriend to give them a call and they said it is still available for sale and is still on their website and autotrader so they straight up lied to a customer and lost a sale

Swapped my car for BMW at Evoque Motors, the old man is so rude and arrogant. The sons were good but the old was disgustingly rude to my wife and the car after I bought it had sensor issues and steering wheel problem. The old man goes it’s not in warranty go to tyre place not his problem that is within 3 weeks of buying car I went back. He sat on sofa and arrogantly and very rude way responded. Very poor customer service. They sell car then anything wrong they don’t accept liability. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO OR TELL ANYONE TO GO. Worst experience of buying car.

Firstly we would like to say any abuse or threatening our staff will not be tolerated..the gentlemen you bought with you did just that! Now to the car issue...you had the vehicle for just over 3 weeks and you came back to us with a tyre puncture...this is not covered under the warranty, also when you bought the car you paid us 50.00 short and said you will pay on your next pay day...we are still waiting for payment Anyway as a good will gesture we will gladly replace the tyre if we have have too just dont bring your mate with you this time and also make the payment of the 50.00 that you owe us
