Great service provided by Donald. Absolutely delighted with the car

WARNING - CANNOT FIND ANY MEMBERSHIP OF ANY TRADE ASSOCIATION. Took a car into Ewen MacRae West End Garage for a new radiator. Was repaired in a few days - that was fine. Whilst the garage had the car someone reversed into it and damaged the bumper. The garage claimed they were not liable for the damage. They are not responsible for looking after the car whilst they have it. Refused to have anything to do with and refused to fix the damage. Did some research to find out the garage is legally responsible for the car whilst they have it - regardless of what they think and what signs they have in their car park. However they are not part of any trade association (nothing on their website, can't find them on the main trade association websites) so we cannot take our complaint forward. We now have to pay another bill to repair the damage that was done whilst they had it. Beware they will not take responsibility for the car whilst they have it and you will have no way to take any issues further beside the small claims court.
