Awful customer service. I went to look at a couple of BMWs that they had the same in but one had less miles than the other. I asked if they had the one with less miles so I could look at it. The guy had no idea what cars he had, he said if it's not here he's got it, who's he? He wouldn't stand still and actually talk to me. When I mentioned about the other car I was told what's 7000 miles difference anyway. At that point I just walked away because I couldn't believe how bad the service was. He hasn't even had my money and he's awful. I wouldn't like to think how bad their service is once they have your money. The cars were in awful condition too. You're welcome

Purchase a vehicle without viewing first, vehicle delivered, excellent service history, done a few thousand miles, no issues, definitely recommend these guys
Found a high mileage Volvo V70 ex motorway patrol car at a good price. Motorway patrol cars get an easy life, squad cars generally get the crap kicked out of them by both the drivers and the villains! The service history quoted to me over the phone seemed rock solid and I know from past experience these volvos will run forever if looked after. I live too far away to view but asked for extra pics and. all seemed fine. Paid a deposit to have it driven down to me, then worried all night that I had not checked any reviews for the company. The next morning I found a mixed bag of reviews, some 5 star, but many absolutely awful. Thinking I had made a big mistake I rang and asked to listen to the engine and asked for an email confirmation there were no warning lights and no obvious faults. The email I received gave the reassurance I had asked for but I was still concerned that I had to be prepared to reject the car and loose the deposit and delivery fee if I had been con’d. The car arrived having been driven down some 160miles. I was relieved it was as described and having driven it for a couple of weeks before writing this review, I can say I am very pleased with it. It is six years old, probably driven daily, 150k miles, excellent service record, no holes drilled in the roof or other body panels, very quiet and powerful. But the police fit a lot of kit in their motorway cars, and remove it all when they sell the car. I expected there would be telltale fixing holes in the dash and window pillars, and no spare wheel, and I wasn’t disappointed when I found this to be so. I wanted a good solid reliable workhorse with a large carrying capacity and the ability to carry friends and family in style. I paid £6k and I feel I’ve got what I was looking for (and some), so I’m very pleased. I could have paid £45k and had a new one, or £12-13k for a lower mileage privately owned car that probably wouldn’t have been maintained as well, but I’m 65 and don’t feel the need to show off, so for £6k I feel I got a good bargain. But be realistic if you’re thinking of buying an ex police vehicle, the high end stuff is very likely a good bargain if you can live with the things I’ve described. The low end squad cars I would look very much more carefully at before putting any money down.

Had an Astra delivered late at night. Took a torch to look at it about an hour later. Panels missing from inside and a broken display. I haven't tried to start it yet. The response I got was TERRIBLE. Under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 I have the right to reject something faulty and I am entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Before they stopped replying to emails.

Jerry Hamilton in response to NOT PEOPLE YOU CAN TRUST
I have sent the 2nd letter now. Letter before court action. I don't expect him to pay up so I am filing in county court as soon as his 10 days to reply is up.
Jerry Hamilton in response to NOT PEOPLE YOU CAN TRUST
Today I received a supposed solicitors letter saying I have no right to make a claim. It seemed to totally disregard the law. Upon receipt I filed a court claim which just added £185 to his bill.

Jerry Hamilton in response to NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!
How are you doing? I have sent the letter before claim and about to take him to court.
I bought an bmw x1 white from the Ex Police Car Centre and they were great to deal with dropped it off in Liverpool for spot on hadn't seen the car before it was dropped off it was as they told me well pleased.
The Ex Police Car Centre were appalling! Car falsely advertised, contacted with no reply, car was advertised as having air con (this did not work & cost £200 to fix) it also said it had a CD player & radio - it had nothing in it, it doesn't even have a Ariel, now I find out my MOT runs out tomorrow 13th match after purchasing on October 30th advertised with 12 months MOT! Will report to trading standards & seeking legal advice! AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!
