went to see a car that was advertised as good condition all round. Well if you call a car that looks like it has not been moved for ages & not even been cleaned as had mold on it. the leather gearstick was all ripped, in the interior discription it said it had a ICE 6000 CD Radio with Remote but all there is is a big hole where the radio should be. When we got there no one seemed to really want to sale us the car as they went & got the key & then just left us. Says telephone deposit to secure the car but nothing about it being non refundable so lost £100 on a wasted trip.
I brought a Vauxhall Astra estate February and within 4 weeks I had nothing but issues "engine power reduced, engine management light and the car broke down" The car had a Dpf fault and was returned to the dealer. 4 days later , half a tank of petrol missing and an extra 135 miles on the clock the car was returned stated as "fixed". The owner was rude, wouldn't listen to me and refused to give me documented paperwork to say it had been fixed. 18 hours later the car was faulty again and when we asked for a refund the owner was abusive. We fought for weeks for him to collect the car with special delivery letters which he refused 3 of them letters.. In the end I payed out of my own pocket to return the car as he said he couldn't take the matter further until the car was returned and inspected. 3 weeks later and still in answered letters he got in touch to say we could have an exchange of refund. Today I collected my FULL refund after threatening to take them to court. The woman was helpful but the male owner was vile... AVOID!! Would not recommend!!

I bought a vivaro crew van from this dealer in 2014 van still running in good no problems what so ever very pleased with this company I had my van delivered to my home in Blackburn for £100 I would definitely recommend them mr Neill in Blackburn Lancashire
Bought a volvo v70 from them and we noticed a leak within 2 days of having the car. Sent it back to have it repaired but the leak continued. They offered another repair we accepted but again they failed to fix the problem. By now we were fed up and asked for a refund in line with our consumer rights this is when they got nasty. They stated the law does not apply to them and became racially abusive. They refused to give a refund even though the car was not fit for purpose stating it was only some water.

unfair review we offered to repair vehicle but wanted full refund after 3 months, the vehicle drove perfect we could not see any water leaks and asked customer to leave vehicle with us to investigate, which he would not do, just demanded full refund, which is not possible until inspection
