Avoid like the plague !! Do not buy a car from this dealership ... I purchased a car which I was told I could drive away the same day as I travelled a long way to view this car to find that when I got there the car was not as advertised. I found a few issues with the car in which I was promised would be rectified and the car would be delivered 5 days later...... I still hadn't received the car so I had to make several calls to the salesman who I dealt with until finally I spoke to him and he said that they had found an oil leak and was repairing that before they dropped the car off in which they said would be the next day what turned into the next day and the day after that .....finally I got the car to find that it was still leaking out oil clearly onto the pavement my friend checked over the car for me who owns a well established m.o.t station the car was dirty and not been valeted as promised the driver told me he was told to put it through the car wash and now a oil leak.... I sent the car back and had to make continuous calls to them as no one would ring me back to tell me anything finally I got a call from them saying they would fix the problems and I would get the car back in 3 days time.. this time I got them to deliver the car to my friends garage in which they did to find the car still was leaking oil and the gear box was clearly on the way out.... I was advised NOT to have this car as it I not fit for purpose and is NOT as described... the company is a joke they all pass the book I'm suprised they still have a business. ... I will be contacting trading standards ......

Very helpful and polite salesman let us browse at our leisure without any interuptions. Collected car on Saturday but unfortunatly had a fault on the heating.rang up and was told to fetch it back for repair which was done quickly and without any fuss. Courtesy car provided while been fixed. Would recommend and would buy again from them

Please look for another car dealership. I bought a Nissan Quashi and didn't even own the car more than a day everything went wrong. When we took the car away after 5 mins the car started shaking at 40 mph so I took it back they changed the brake discs and pads and discs it was meant to have passed a clean MOT. They borrowed us a car in the mean time, they delivered the car to me took the other back , after a day the engine management light came on absolute joke I took the car back, got my car back I traded in and money please I would ask any one not to bother here.

I had a rav 4 from them, in the 1st week the brakes ceased. They replaced all discs and pads no problem ar all. A week after it lost water, took it back and they replaced head gasket. Two days later water gone again because engine had a crack, they replaced the car with no quibble every time. The car was repaired, gave me a car to use, found staff helpful and don't blame them for the faults on the rav and I would recommend them to my friends.

Very happy with the service provided here. I was kept up to date with the work getting carried out on my car and was given a temporary car while the work was done.

Avoid at all costs! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing my car. car isn't as advertised. Told them to get sorted and wanted 3 weeks for a stereo that doesn't work and now no parking camera or sensors. Told they changed turbo. Car blowing blue smoke because of that. Now took back to be repaired again and waited over a week for them to let me know what was going on. Have now contacted finance company about faults and they now have their own investigator on case. Next stop financial ombudsman and trading standards.

I would advise no one to buy a car from this dealership. I bought my car and not even 20 mins of owning it and driving home the cars engine light came on. I phoned the guy that dealt with me up and demanded my money back he basically told me there was no chance and he told me to take it back to be looked at which i did the next day even after that the same again happened. I was driving home when the engine light came on, im at the min getting In touch with trading standards. Excellent Cars are nothing but dodgy trust me on this, don't waste your money people.
