dealer was honest and upfront, bent over backwards to help, would reccomend to freinds and happy with my purchase, competitive price and overall good experience from excellent cars.

I recently purchased a car from Excellent Cars and I found the service very good. I was a litttle bit unsure as the description was not clear but once I had visited their impressive indoor showroom I was soon assured the car I had come to see was the one in the advert and not a library photo as some dealers tend to use. I found them very helpful throughout my purchase even sorting out the transfer of my personalised plate which made the experience even better as I only had to collect it once it had been prepared for me. I am highly delighted with the car and would recommend them to any car buyer looking for a good car at a decent price

Although the price was reasonable, I'm afraid that I would not recommend people to use Excellent Cars. Some examples of poor service: - we were promised a full valet on the car - the car arrived with no valet having been done (also, a problem was made of delivering the car, and it was delivered very late despite it being promised to arrive in the morning) - bulb not working (pointed out prior to purchase) - when I insisted on a refund for this the employee tried to laugh in my face about it - when I insisted he eventually gave in but extremely rudely and as if he wanted to cry about it - not returning calls (e.g "ring you back in 10 seconds") and then you have to keep ringing THEM back.... - tracking faulty on car - took it back (under warranty) - picked it back up and the steering had not been touched (even though they promised it had....) Overall - very, very poor customer service.and you do not feel like you can trust them.

do not by a car from excellent cars of sheffield will not refund money even if car faulty they do not recognise sales of goods act very poor company to deal with.

Travelled a long way to view car which ended up not matching description, I.e. No FSH, significant damage to interior, unable to test drive, etc. Car was not in a presentable condition. Salesperson not willing to compromise and resolve some of the more major mechanical problems.
