Bought a car from this company and its fantastic. The staff were lovely, really friendly and not in the slightest bit pushy. They were honest when I asked their opinion on cars and I love the car I bought from them, after having a disaster elsewhere! The only downside is that the attention to detail is lacking. The car wasn't cleaned inside, and I found receipts and covid cards for the previous owner, as well as rubbish inside. I also have found a bit of trim that needed putting back on inside the car was just left in the glove box. I will be back though when I need another car. Thank you!

Excellent cars sheffield are a very dangerous company they sold me a car that on the day of delivery had a blown head gasket and was no safe or working properly.. I had extreme stress trying to deal with them took months to come to any sort of solution which the outcome was an email saying I had to leave a positive review in exchange for a partial refund. Please avoid this company they use rogue mots to pass any car no matter of the work or Saftey on the car

Was going to buy a car Phoned up to enquire and get some details. Was very rude comment was how am I meant to know what service history it as I'm to busy we have loads of cars
I also spent slot of time trying to get them to fix standard bits on the car they agreed they would do. After taking the car away I had to spend another £1500 elsewhere to put the car right. Noel and his business partner... No good.
After purchasing a vehicle from ‘Excellent Cars’ I have made a complaint within a matter of days due to the catalogue of issues that have become apparent in such a short space of time - some so bad that the car should not have passed the MOT that they promised to conduct which hasn’t been completed - it is unsafe to drive. I have had to resort to seeking legal advice due to the lack of and unprofessional response, ignorance and poor service. The incident has now been reported to the Trading Standards and will be passed on further to the Car Ombudsman if I am not issued with a full refund within the 8 weeks. I would avoid the company at all costs and I certainly will not be recommending or purchasing from them again in the future.

I have same issue, I bought car just last week and it’s over priced it’s my fault to pay overprice without check with other dealer but after next day I have started orange warning light on dashboard and now bring it back but they are agree to give my money back, I don’t know what should I have to do now, appreciate if you can give me some advice.

Do not risk your lives dealing with this place The car was a death trap and no one cares. Did not blink a eye at selling a young women a car deemed has un safe and knowingly knew it was all the savings I had. I am currently getting legal advise and reported this company to auto trader and many more. I have also been in touch with bbc 's Watchdog .

Not only do Excellent Cars stock used cars but they also provide finance and part exchange too. Based in Sheffield and covering the surrounding areas they have options such as Ford Focus, Vauxhall Corsa and Suzuki Swift in their stock at any one time.
