The worst dealer which I ever met. The car was dirty, had to wait for MOT. I was assured that it has never been crashed or damaged. Later I found out that there was a repair to the car and the car had a few faults. BEWARE OF THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BUY A CAR LIKE MINE.

Car not serviced or valeted they said they would MOT but inspector couldn't get out of bed so didn't trust to do the job took it elsewhere

Last month i bought my Peugeot 407 from the exclusive motor company in Peterborough. Yes, I was very happy with the car. I have no complaints at all and would rate them with a near perfect score of 4 with a recommendation to give them a visit

worst car dealer (and car) i've experienced, warranty supplied not fit for purpose, poorly serviced and prepared vehicle. kept waiting all morning for car on colelction day then had problems on the way home, by which time they'd closed the site. Telephone calls to the dealer then resulted in rude and agressive responses from delaer. Avoid at all costs!

I dont want to sound too critical because the service was ok, i have said a 3 out of 5. Just i didnt feel the car was cleaned, things left in there.On the plus side some things were sorted before car was purchased so they did that for me.Another thing i asked and was promised pre sales, didnt happen, so had to sort myself.Not the worst and not the best

Two days after collecting the car I noticed an electrical problem that was affecting the lighting/brakes. This problem would be an MOT failure. I researched the cars MOT history on line and found it had failed for this exact problem 3 days before it subsequently passed (at the MOT station based at the dealers). I found other problems: all 4 tyres very low pressure, brakes right on the limit of wear (this should have been at least an advisory on the MOT), gear box drain plug missing and replaced with a rubber bung, wiper blades not contacting. All this from a car that had been apparently given a service/MOT on the day I collected it. Phoned the dealer and was told to go via the Warranty Company. Booked the car in at a main dealer who diagnosed all the problems, but could not get authorisation from the Warranty Company for payment as they do not cover "pre-existing faults". My opinion is that all they did was give the car a good valet. I believe the Warranty to be pretty much useless.
