I picked up a 2014 gold r for very very cheap from Exit 41 Commercials, even though their are some bad points he was complete honest with it and didn't lie. I think that's what matters thanks a lot for your help mate.

Called up Exit 41 Commercials about a car that was advertised, was told it's only had one owner technically though he's been driving it the past few months since its been in the garage. Asked for the car to be serviced before I would come and collect, said he'd call back and hung up. Had a call from the car finance people I was using to say the finance companies they use would not deal with the garage and only work reputable dealerships. Phew! Checked later that night car is no longer on auto trader or their website! BEWARE!!

I bought a van from Exit 41 Commercials and I can tell anyone taking the time to read this review that they are the most unhelpful people I have ever come across. Once that have your money they dont care. My advice is to be careful, keep away from these people, the guy I dealt with keeps saying his gaffer is on holiday and he is back in two week. Then after the 2 weeks has pased hes always out then. I think really its one in the same. Please look else where, hopefully they come across the wrong person to push over in the future.

I picked up an 11 plate van from Exit 41 Commercials and on way home it would not rev above 3000 and there severe loss of power and banging noise from the engine. Called them same day to report it, they asked us to take it back so they could look at it but wouldn't start and when it eventually did sounded like the engine was about to fall out. Turned it around immediately after a few yards and parked it up again. Guys came to collect it from us, same noises happening but they managed to limp it away. After 1 week, we get a call to say there is nothing wrong with it. Knowing this is not the case we asked for further investigation to which 3 weeks later still has not been done. Today we asked for a refund and were told no. The van has appeared back on our driveway... Court proceedings started, I would say beware of Exit 41 Commercials.

went to view a 2011 plate was told told to arrive at 12.30, when I arrived a rang dealer was told to wait another 20 minutes as he wasn't there yet. I waited outside the main gate (one way in and same way out) after about 15 minutes the dealer phoned me and told me he was back. he was obviously there all along has he didn't pass me at the gate. when I viewed the van it was nothing like he described to me and was no where near the money he wanted. He spoke rude to my wife and basically seemed like a cowboy. I wouldn't be surprised if he appears on rogue traders. I wouldn't recommend this so called company to anyone. LIKE SAID ABOVE "AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE"

This dealer is a complete waste of time! Totally wrong description, I asked him before I travelled 100miles to see him and he lied on the phone about the van condition and told me it was mint! When I got there the 59 plate van was worse then any I had seen. AVOID like the plague!!!

Bought a used van from this dealer (11 plate) and it was a very clean good van. Within a month it had broken down, with a fault that should never have happened had it been MOT'd properly. I called the dealer to let them know, and the person that I spoke to was the rudest man I have spoken to within the car trade. Customer Service is 0 for this company. He hung up on me twice. I wouldn't recommend using this dealer at all, they obviously cut corners and if there's an issue aren't happy to even listen and advise let alone help you out
