Please do not buy from Hear falsely printed invoices from mechanics. Unsafe cars that are not safe to drive but not told about problems. Car was a write off just 3 months down the line and after investigation found out is was unlawfully sold. The police need to shut this place down and lock Bob and his assistant away. I don’t know how he sleeps at night selling cars so unsafe to people and families. Please do not buy a car from Bob no matter how cheap it’s really not worth it please!! I wish I read reviews before buying here. And him and his assistant kept ringing my personal number after 11pm at night asking for money. Once the car was retired they accused me of damaging the vehicle but after not being able to provide evidence in the investigation it was dropped but he has not been charged he is still selling these unsafe cars.

It has only recently been brought to my attention that there are reviews left here, I'm not very good with all this online stuff, I am not going to try to individually attempt to defend each comment as it is pointless now, I would just like to say that we sell between 95 and 135 cars a year aged between 6 and 10 years old. I have worked for the family business for 34 years and this business has been around for 50 years, We do have faults that occur on cars in this period of time and I do my utmost to resolve them in a satisfactory manner for the customer. The negative comments on here relate to less than 1% a year, so that's 99% completely happy customer's ( NO IT'S NOT ) some of these other 99% of customers may have had problems and were obviously very concerned that they have spent there hard earned cash on a car that has a fault, but they approached me in a proper business manner and we resolved the matter together without fuss. The motor trade hasn't the best reputation and unfortunately we are all "Tarred with the same Brush" but there are some good one's out there just gives us a chance we're all human and you might find us more helpful.

I had a good discussion over the phone and the owner couldn't be nicer, stating he had been in business for 50 years. When I actually saw the car, I decided it wasn't as described as the car had had several faults including poor body repair and paint work. When I thanked him for his time and reject he car he got very defensive and rude. If this is how they react when they are trying to sell and you imagine how they would react if a car developed a fault. I had a lucky escape, DO NOT buy from here. In conversation he admitted they sourced their cars from auction.

I purchased an Audi from express motors in leicester, The car was a trade in and an old car as my budget wouldnt stretch any further. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The MOT only had 4 months to run and they agree to put another one on along with fixing anything it might need. I had it serviced by my local garage a few weeks later and no problems or issues found at all!! Great service. Will certainly go back when my budget allows!!

Bought a Peugeot 207 from Express Motors Leicester, and shortly after the warranty expired we got it serviced. Approx £500 worth of issues. I contacted them and they were incredibly rude and aggressive. They agreed to have their mechanic look at the car, and then told me there were absolutely nothing wrong with it, bar a loose license plate. I couldn't believe how different their demeanour was from when they were making the sale. I've spent over 1k fixing issues on this car and have now sold it just to get rid. What a waste of money.

We bought a Vauxhall vivaro as a work van from Express Motors Leicester, paid over £4000, vehicle didn't even make the journey home of 20 miles. The sweet old man who sold us the van turned into an angry little man, was given a 6 month warranty that might as well be used to wipe your backside, we've been left in debt with my husband not being able to work. It's disgusting how they can get away with it, DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE

When purchasing a car from this dealer they are the nicest people you could meet. Unfortunately if something goes wrong with the car they are your worst nightmare. They lied and tried to manipulate even in the court room where we had to go to get our money back. They went from being lovely people to making threats of violence. I Would not recommend buying a car from Express Motors Leicester.
