Almost 8 months had issues from day 1. Car was has had issues from lights on, torn seat which wasn't stated and airbag light on. I would never buy a car there again. For people willing to buy take your bro, uncle, dad, neighbour and man from across the street to test the drive the car until everyone is satisfied otherwise you will cry like me. Still issues from July 2020 up to Feb 2021.
Expressway Gumtree advert offered Octavia 78mpg, sat nav, 2015 car @ £2000 more than English prices but need took me on 90 minute bus ride to Expressway Cars Kirkintilloch after several calls checking specs, emphasising need for cat 6 emission car. During purchase, dealer said car was emissions 5.5 - I queried this reminding him i was in need of emission 6. he confirmed car was emission 6. Made purchase by card. Before driving off I asked for help to set sat nav. Dealer confirmed no sat nav so I cancelled. Thankfully, because even though dealer offered to install sat nav, I found out the car was emission 5 Dealer deducted £694.95 from the refund, charging £54.95 for MOT, £205 for service, £369 for Auto warranty, and £20 for fuel (for test drive of 78 mpg- car??!! ) i personally had to cancel the Auto warranty who agreed to give full refund but could only refund dealer, who then added £316.11 ( from £369) to first cheque Considering how knowledgeable and helpful the dealer claimed to be - claiming to hold my best interests at heart.... I gather the dealer is a branch of Arnold Clark.. so...

Dear Friend Buying car can be extremely stressful, dealers adopted information from manufacture and the manufactures technical data isn't always accurate and miss lead, typical example for VW & MERCEDES. Carrier out your own research is definitely the way forward, therefore you only have yourself to blame, that way you are not wasting your own time or others.
Can't fault these guys. Bought a car from Kirkintilloch branch and service from start to finish was excellent. Very helpful and even set up the bluetooth on my car so my phone would be connected, I would recommend to anyone.
Very happy with this dealer especially Elliot. Great service with nothing to much trouble. Would definitely use Expressway Kirkintilloch again.
