I bought an Audi A3 last summer, when I drive to home and found the back door cannot open outside, the back wipes is really noise , the middle mirror is loose….. Asked them how to do it, they just need me to check the closest garage and fix it. 3 months later I found the heater have problems, there is really ridiculous , I need to paid £300+ to fix . 1month later the abs pump have been dead, I need to paid £700+ to fix again. After 2weeks, the vehicle have broken again!!!!! I bought the car only 8 months but I need to paid over £1000 to fixed the problem.
I bought a car from them yesterday and today I felt a strange sound. I called them and was notified to go to the nearest mechanical maintenance shop to find out the reason and the cost. It was about 10 minutes away from me. I actually went and the fault was determined to be the break baand and disc and the cost. I called them and they rejected the price and notified me to return the car to them to repair the fault, knowing that the matter was serious and this is what I told him and the distance is about two hours. I was informed that they will come to me to take the car for maintenance. I agreed to that and after about ten minutes I found that we had a problem because there was a time conflict between me and my wife, which means that I need another car and we will not be able to wait for a long time. I called them and explained what was happening, but unfortunately I was shocked by the person’s behavior on the phone. I called ten minutes ago and why did he call again? He was shouting on the phone without respecting the person he was talking to or respecting the customer or his rights. After that he told me that he would send me another car. Why was this offer not made in the first call? To avoid contacting again

Had just passed my driving test, eye green cars was the local car dealer. They helped me find the perfect car and the process was easy. They done all the paperwork same day and helped me tax the vehicle. Drove the car away same day. Very happy with the car. Will be back for my second car :)

Bought a vehicle from them, staff is very supportive and willing to help the customers, they have amazing vehicles collection and great prices.I would recommend buying vehicles from them they provide 3 months standard warranty with any vehicle purchased.
Do not recommend this dealer! Bought car from them in February and already spent £307 so it could pass MOT! They don’t check & fix cars before selling them! DO NOT GO THERE! you will lose your money. DISGRACEFUL
Please don't buy worse dealer you can get the cars sold high prices and are not fit for purpose just after few weeks spent small fortune on the car just ignore s my massage
