I had a great service from FR the staff were top guys. Had my car for over a month now no problems at all. The staff were really friendly and helped me fill out any paperwork and helped me out with an queries I had. Nice to deal with honest people.

F R Motors sold me a Peugeot 308 that needs lots of repair, we need to bring this people down ASAP, trades by many names and change numbers, I believe is the owner of the Xclusive Customz, please lets destroy this guy in the courts all toguether. I will open a Facebook group called Sheffield Car Scammer, please all of you, look for it!

FR Motors thinks it’s acceptable to sell unroadworthy cars, then when their customers attempt to contact them to resolve the issues they change their business name. As mentioned, avoid the following as they are all linked: Xclusive customs, FR Motors, Hudson Automotive, James Croft Motors and Smyths motor company. Worst dealership ever. They give other traders a bad name.

I wouldn't even give F R Motors a 1 star! do not buy a car from this rip off garage! i was sold a faulty car with faulty lights, radio, steering rack and engine! after 1 month of having the car my engine management light appeared. I called and text the owner on multiple occasions and even had to try get my finance to speak with them to fix the problems as they were ignoring my calls! worst company! i am now with a car for 5 years that doesn't work.

If you decide to buy a car with this dealership just remind yourself that you are throwing money down the drain not only for the unjustified high asking price for the car but also the later repairs that will be done on the car to make it finctionable. I would avoid buying at this dealership at all cost. Not worth the headache

The most friendly helpful garage i have dealt with picked us up from station in the car we were purchasing asked if i would like to drive back to garage .The gentleman who picked us up was friendly helpful we discussed the vehicle on the drive back to the showroom he was honest about what they had done to vehicle . We left the showroom and the gent told me to follow him to the garage and showed me the easiest route back onto the motorway felt more like a friend than a salesman would recommend this company to anyone thank you for all your help.

Bought a car from FR Motors recently with a "3-month warranty" but I'm still waiting for the warranty paperwork nearly 3 months later, despite numerous promises they'd deal with it in response to my phone calls, texts and emails. So I'd feel reluctant to recommend this dealer who I don't think provides the customer service you'd expect.

Got a great deal from F R Motors when I spoke to James on a car I've had my eyes on, other places just didn't cut it but James was understanding and a great guy.
