I’ve been in the trade 52yrs. Last 25yrs selling sport and prestige cars. I bought an Insignia from Troops. Great service. Very professional. Had a small problem with a knocking noise from the front suspension. They collected the car. Gave me a curtesy car and replaced parts on mine and returned it to me. No hassle at all. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
really good service, no issues at all. The car was clean and in great shape and it was worth every penny. The dealers were really helpful and friendly and I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.

The integrity of the salesman and the dealership as a whole I thought was very poor. Every issue I've had, the scratches on the car in particular has been a hassle to get sorted by the dealership and every time they take it back they seem to do the bare minimum and the larger scratches are still fully visible. Their after sales service has been a big negative for me.
