I spotted this WV Passat for sale, So I phoned Faintree for more details, They wear very honest, I had a 348 mile round trip, When I arrived to see the car, It was better than in the photos, So we had a deal, But they would not let me take it on the day, The Salesman Jamie Johnson said it had to go though the garage for a Service and all the checks it is company policy, So I picked the car up one week later, I am 100% happy with the car, And all the staff are Excellent, John Clarke, Skegness.

My nephew wanted a Skoda rapid sport, blue. As he was in isolation due to a serious illness and taking a it rejection drugs, steroids etc, he was unable to buy a car. I was given the job, his auntie, for a 25 year old. This did make it.very difficult, or so I thought. Then came Colin from Faintree Skoda Telford. The car we found looked perfect. To let my nephew see the car, Colin went above and beyond every day with videos, calls, e mails etc. He made sure the car had a good service history, he got it MOD’d, Valet etc etc. It was all very easy and perfect. We can’t thank Colin enough. The car was purchased so he could drive and walk without seeing anyone, once he was told he could leave the house, we needed a very reliable car and this surpassed all his expectations. I live in Essex, he lives in the Forest of Dean but even dealing with us at a distance, Colin was just fantastic. Thank you so much you have made him so happy. We would definitely recommend this garage and buy from them again, just a fabulous experience!!!,
