I brought a vehicle from him in March.. The car had 11 advisories on the mot.. which he did not mention to me.. My car broke down due to what tge advisories where, phoned him to tell him. to which he said its my fault for not checking the mot..

I decided to bite the bullet and get a new car given the rising cost of fixing everything wrong with my old one. I was impressed with the range of cars on offer and how affordable they were. I Visited Fairdown Car Sales recently. I looked round the selection of cars available. Being a female on my own I felt a bit nervous but was greeted by a friendly salesman who was knowledgeable and not pushy. He answered my questions and more . I ended up purchasing a car and have to say the whole process from start to finish was quick and easy. Very happy customer !
I didnt buy a car from Fairdown as they didnt have what I wanted so have decided to keep mine for now and start looking again after lockdown - their website was really easy and when I called they were very helpful - which was much appreciated - even when they knew I had decided I didnt want to purchase there and then - will be back

I was desperate for a car as my brother-in-law was coming from overseas. We walked in to Fairdown looked at a lovely galaxy all frosty the only way to test start a car...It started on the button good looking car for its age. Sorted out the paperwork they gave it a service and delivered it on the day arranged... Thanks Steve & Dave

Brought a car in autumn - only now when I’ve had chance to catch up over Christmas remembered to do review ! Had a very good service from Dave who sold me car and went through whole process with me when I picked it up - had a slight issue a month after I picked it up but this was fixed really quickly - I think it says loads about a company, how they deal with complaints - would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others
