BMW Fraudfield! Fraudulent, not recommend, amateurs! Car was booked in for a recall. Now left with a broken engine cover and bmw technicians even had the audacity to paint it to cover up the damage. There is also a horrible vibration coming from the engine now. I was also advised the anti drop bar link was split and an urgent replacement was required at £122. Fitted the new part myself for £20 only to find there was nothing wrong with the old part as confirmed by an ex bmw technician. Have reported them to ombudsman.

I have put one star but this garage is a disgrace. Electric Mini Lease car supplied by them in wrong colour and missing packs Unable to reject as previous car picked up the day before so no car. Told would have to wait another 8 months to get the car I ordered. Offered £100 for a meal out for their mistake. No answer to two complaints letters No phone call as promised as a follow up on their offer despite leaving message to call back. Phoned Customer services twice but not once did a manager return my calls. Since their mistake over two months ago they have not once spoken to me. Shown concern or answered my many attempts to talk to them. Never ever have I had such disgusting service. what sort of people do they employ? How can they justify such poor care concern or ownership towards a mistake they have made. Sale done have me over a barrow and quite simply don't care about their customers after that.

If you've ever been disappointed by the main dealer service experience and it's left a bad taste, you need to change dealer and come here. Fairfield BMW are genuinely fantastic in every department. The sales experience is great with non pushy, but helpful and knowledgable sales staff. The service department is second to none, they are meticulous and professional whilst taking care of your car, whilst being friendly and helpful on the customer side. They go the extra mile to keep you happy and if any mistakes are made, they are always rectified immediately. The bodyshop (unfortunately I needed them too!), are truly excellent so far. I have not got my car back yet, but can vouch for the excellent service provided by the staff there too. Nothing is too much trouble and you are confident your car will be taken care of properly. All in all, Fairfield is Essex's best kept secret, I honestly can't understand why you'd go to Sytner, having experienced this level of service at Fairfield. They are so far ahead in every department. This is exactly what you think a main dealer should be and a bit more.

I had a private number plate made up from Southend Bmw, and Matt was my Advisor. A really nice professional chap, who even fixed the number plate to my car without me asking him. Really impressed and whilst it is not my local bmw dealer I am sure I will be visiting them for all my bmw needs. I am confident his colleagues will be equally professional, at a time when good service is not always available.
I must say Fairfield BMW Leigh-on-Sea gave me an excellent experience, from when I walked in I was warmly greeted to the sales advisor Jeremy Allen he talked me through the whole process from looking over the vehicle purchased, to any concerns I may have had about the vehicle, I felt he was completely honest and there were no unexpected surprises it was totally a professional service with no pressure selling allowing me to make my own mind up regarding things. Would definitely buy from this BMW dealer again.
I booked an appointment for a recall on my car at Fairfield BMW. Originally booked for February only to check the appointment the week prior to visit to be told no appointment was not booked and had to reschedule for later date. Little bit annoying. I dropped off my car to receive a courtesy car with the expectation of a like for like car as told over the phone. So I have a manual diesel BMW two series 2014, I was provided an automatic mini cooper s petrol. Only like for like was the colour. I wasn't told about the excess I was to pay if I create any damages and was told to have the vehicle given back with the exact petrol it left with. Not a problem but to be given the car with less than quarter of a tank is ridiculous. I was told to bring the vehicle back no later than 6pm even though I asked for vehicle for the following morning for work commitments. This took a while to get agreed for the second time. I collected my car the next day, cleaned roughly with a little helping hand of someone who had stolen my loose change from the centre console of my vehicle. For the sake of 90p it wasn't worth mentioning, but a warning to other, if your leaving change about, which could add up to more, likely it will be taken. Overall bit what I expected from a car dealership.
Fairfield BMW ordered and fitted the wrong parts. Never answered any of my complaints about the loss of my card details. I had to order a new card. Car was filthy on both occasions I had to pick it up. Had to pay 3 lots of cab fares. Never get back to you when they say they do. Avoid at all cost.

i have never known such after sales service as fairfield bmw southend, my daughter brought a late second hand mini last year , everyone of the team were very helpfull, special mention for the salesman billy wynn, and kirsty turner,who went beyond the call of duty,,,thank you,amanda davis.
I recently purchased a used car from Fairfield and have to say how brilliant the experience was. I looked at a car on a Monday, the salesman advised that the car had only just come in as a part exchange but arranged a test drive for the next day. I loved the car but on the Friday decided against buying the car as the figures did not stack up. The salesman fully appreciated my position and was in no way pushy or over bearing and accepted it with a professional manner unlike some dealers I have dealt with in the past. Having spent the day looking for a cheaper car I realised that this was not an option and went back to Fairfield on the Saturday morning. They moved heaven and earth to sort the finance out and have the car ready for me to collect 48 hours later for,us to take on holiday to celebrate our silver wedding.. The car was perfectly prepared and from start to finish in the purchase of my vehicle it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I am looking forward to changing the car in 3 years time already!!!!!!
