Bmw 116i. The engine had been removed for some reason and very badly put back. One of the engine mount screws was half in and cross threaded. The prop shift bolts were all odd sizes. Numerous wires and cables were loose and not properly fastened. Various problems over the last 2 years. The car is now dying probably because whoever removed the engine probably did a bad unprofessional job of replacing the big end bearings. Whoever took the engine out and was obviously not a professional mechanic.
Various other bits missing such as the engine under tray. The hatch rubbed on the bodywork. In short the worst car I have ever brought.

I purchased my Suzuki Vitara from Fairfields and both my husband and I found Naz - the owner and staff very friendly and helpful. I had to be sure that the car was exactly what I wanted as I was travelling from the south coast to purchase it and trade in my old car at the same time.
The whole transaction went very smoothly and I am very pleased with the car. The aftercare we have also found brilliant, Naz has even posted on some items we requested at no extra charge. He is always willing to help!
If I could manage to find one picky complaint, Naz I would have killed for a coffee after such a long drive! Thank you to you all at Fairfields.

I purchased a Jaguar from here back in August. The car was clean and in good condition and the initial service was good. The car has had issues which were not covered by the warranty and they messed up the warranty certificate. They also never sent me the spare key which they promised they would. Based on that I would not recommend this dealership.

The owner and his staff were excellent. They weren't pushy and were both helpful and considerate. We love our Mazda MX5. I would highly recommend Fairfields Garage and would definitely purchase another car from them.

I bought a Fiat 500 from this dealership back in may . Unfortunately one of the door handles has come off and the dealer have not been much help at all. The initial service was great but the aftercare has let them down so I would no recommend this dealership.

Dear customer, After informing us of the problem with the door handle we ordered the handle as we said we would do you were advised on the day to bring the car in the following week as you reported on a Friday and we expected the part in the next week Following your first call you did not make any contact what so ever as we expected you to come in as you were a local customer we expected you In at any time convenient for your self to which you did not. Sadly we did not have your correct mobile number available to make contact with you although we thought being local you would come in to see us.
I would also like to add that if you have had the repair carried out somewhere else please present us with the invoice cost and we will look into compensating you for the cost of the repair.
Apologies on my part for any confusion in the matter..
