Never make an mistake to buy a car from Falcon Motors bought an Suzuki SX4 with 15 month warranty. 3 month later when car was broken. I called the au warranty I heard from au warranty that car was not warranted.

Same here. They sold a bmw to my daughter and son in law. They had problems with it smoking from the engine from day one. Its been in the garage several times. Falcon motors had it back for 10 days, the problem still isnt fixed. Now they want a refund no one is answering calls or emails. The customer sevice is diabolical. As soon as they have your money they arent interested

As stated by another customer below; car not as described. I was buying blind and had to trust the dealer, which i assumed you could as it's now 2018. My car was described as, 'exactly as on the advert', which was, 'immaculate'. The seat bolster has a hole in it which was conveniently cut out of the image on the website, parts have been pretty badly resprayed, and it appears to have passed its MOT yesterday with less than ten PSI in the rear tires!!! The dome wasn't working thanks to a cigarette lighter that blew a fuse, the front bumper is cracked and three of the alloys are kerbed. There are genuinely immaculate cars going for the same price around the country, this one should have been £500 less in comparison. Please don't bother wasting your time

Update: I have emailed the business around ten times now asking for a refund under the consumer rights act 2015, as the car was not as described, has now developed a serious engine fault where the coolant has mysteriously disappeared and the engine light is illuminated. I had no response so I emailed the email address where I sent the money for the car, from which I got a reply asking if I could call the car shop as he is just the delivery guy. My legal advisor checked the name and it transpired that this chap is in fact the company owner (and has been lying to me about just being "the delivery guy"). I'm not calling as I want every communication to be recorded and i have no equipment to monitor phone calls, I don't trust them to try and lie to me over the phone and think they can get away with it, hence recording the entirety of the comms.. I'm taking more legal advice, so if nobody offers to help me out with the refund I will be taking them court, and rightly so. I've had nothing but lies from these guys even after sending them an official letter of complaint - he has two weeks to respond and has left me with such little faith that i'm already putting things into place for court. So unless you have a few spare grand for small-claims proceedings, please don't touch this company, they have no right doing business and are quite possibly the worst human beings i've ever dealt with when it comes to lying and deception! Do yourself a huge favour.
I personally wouldn't return to Falcon Motors Stockport, as the car wasn't very well described as under close inspection of The Vauxhall when I arrived, there was a few issues with bodywork which you couldn't see in the pictures. The car then had a pretty serious issue on the way back home from the dealership, I then had to stop at services to contact the dealer. The dealer didn't want to fix the issue so I called the warranty company and they wouldn't fix it either. However the dealership did eventually get it fixed which is a big positive, just wish it could of been done sooner.
