Beware of this Land Rover retailer. They sold me a faulty Range Rover sport that required oil change every other month due to oil dilution and then they blamed it on me due to my "driving style". Car went to my local JLR garage 5 times under warranty and with Farnells in the end and none of them could fix the problem and then they had the audacity to shift the blame on my driving style. What's the point in owning a car that is not fit for purpose? The vehicle had the problem from the outset as the first oil change message came up 2 months into ownership and then subsequent months after that within a space of a year. Tried to return the car back to them but they were giving me part exchange value making me lose over £7000 and I was having none of that so I am now in the process of suing them. This garage can't be trusted.
There was complications with the log book which prevented me from picking the car up for around a month but this was due to the previous owner and no fault of Farnell Approved Used Vehicles. When I did eventually make the trip to pick the car up Farnell were so helpful, the customer service was excellent and I can't fault them at all. I highly recommend them to anyone.
