If I could stand outside this dealership and send people away everyday for the time they trade I would. I have never in my life encountered such dishonest and greedy people. After seeing such a professional website I was totally shocked to find a broken down portacabin there with lots of cars in front. They weren’t even there for the appointment we had arranged. Called ahead several times and after a while someone turned up. The car we were looking at was £15,000, Not a cheap car. When someone eventually turned up the battery was flat on the car… They gave it a jump and we test drove it, couldn’t see any faults at that point. They said the car had a full service history which was absolute rubbish. The gentleman we spoke to who was there had no knowledge of the vehicle, and I’m not sure what other knowledge he may have had about any other aspect of life either. In all honesty the car was not for me but for my brother. Had we have known then what we know now I would’ve taken his money and thrown it down the drain got it back up and set fire to it just to make sure he didn’t give it to them. They said they would get to the car ready for collection as there were some scratches on the bodywork and some things needed replacing which they said would all be done by the time the car was delivered to him. They messed him about for days before finally delivering the car at night when he was unable to check to see if the work had been done, in daylight It was clear that the work had not been done and the jobs they had attempted to do were of such a standard That he had to take the car to another body shop in order for the work to be completed. They also said they would ensure the car had a full 12 months MOT. This did happen however upon taking the car to a different garage they found that the brakes were so low that there was no way the car would have passed a proper MOT. The rear brake light was still not working which is an instant failure. I can only assume the MOT certificate provided from the garage they use is as ridiculously stupid as the people who sold the car in the first place. You may be reading this and thinking why did they buy a car from these Cowboys? So are we…. At the point of sale my brother genuinely believed that the car he was buying would be in good working order. After purchasing the car and having it delivered then became apparent that the reason they didn’t keep a battery on the car was because if the battery was flat it would reset the sensors that were all going off due to the car being absolute crap at that point. We then contacted the garage again as it was under warranty (please note the warranty document took nearly 7 weeks to arrive and may as well be written on toilet roll). The owner who calls himself Jay, arranged for the car to be collected and said that all the work would be completed and the car would be returned to my brother in Essex. This did happen in the fact that the car was collected, the car had no work done on it whatsoever in fact it came back in a state when we did eventually get it back. When I say get it back what I mean is that somebody had to travel to Peterborough To basically take the car back from them as they had no intention of returning it when they said they were going to. I drove From Coventry to Peterborough at night to meet a random bloke in a car park to get the keys for my brothers car, not the service I was expecting from what you presume is a bona fide car dealership. Jay had the car for weeks, ignored my brothers calls, ignored his messages, and repeatedly made promises to return the vehicle when he had no intention of doing so. After collecting the car and taking it back to Coventry it was apparent that nothing has been done to rectify the issues the car had. We ended up Taking the car into a Subaru specialist in Essex who found many faults with the vehicle, Jay then said he would happily pay for all of the repair's, If Pinocchio was his name his nose would be about 15 miles long by now. We had to chase him, basically threaten him with legal action and he finally coughed up some of the money but he really didn’t want to. The warranty that the car is sold with is pretty much only covering the fact that they need to sell it and not the fact that if your car breaks down You might actually get some help, because you absolutely won’t trust me. Since buying the car my brother has done approximately 1500 miles. He’s lucky because he has a car for work so only uses his car at weekends. A weeks ago when in the garage again for another fault the garage discovered that the mass air flow sensor had been glued back together and selotaped up in An effort to disguise the absolute crap show that they had sold my brother. This then cost him another £600 plus to fix. In conclusion Jay is a liar, he will take your money with no Conscience. However please be aware that whatever you think you’re buying you most definitely are not. The cars he is selling are not fit for the scrap man let alone a decent hardworking person who needs a car. However if you are looking for a car which will break down, a salesman who will lie to you, an owner who will promise you a decent car and ignore you when you call then you are most definitely in the right place. I genuinely cannot even put here what I really think. The reason this company keeps closing down and re-opening under other names Is because they clearly keep getting in trouble for swindling people out of the money. This is not me just saying this please feel free to check county court records and it is also clear on other sites and on the other reviews you will read just how awful these people really are.

Don’t buy from these people their rude and like to sell to people with no knowledge until you take to another garage to find out it would have failed mot. And not willing to pay for the problems to be fixed they would rather take the car back and I quote “sell to another unsuspecting soul” Disgusting!! Also not as described smelly inside but tried to mask it and was dirty

Visiting Fenlake was a relaxing experience. Amiable and attentive staff, not pushy, just there if and when you needed them. We came to look at one car but instead asked to take another for a test drive. No problem.
