I recommend cars from this garage, I bought a Audi A4 from jay and was a pleasure doing business with him. After viewing had a few small things to fix but within a week I got call car was ready for collection all bits fixed as jay promised. My wheels have been turning ever since. Very happy customer. I bought this car online without viewing. The description was accurate and a small issue I had was resolved promptly to my satisfaction. Comms from the dealer was good.

Since writing this review I’ve had numerous issues which have not been resolved and the dealer has stopped responding. Firstly, the fact it was clearly a smoker’s car, to which he agreed to contribute £100 towards a valet which I accepted. In addition: the GPS had been removed from the car The vehicle was not as described with at least 3 significant bodywork dents There was only one key The tail light was cracked The service light came on in the first week signifying an oil service -so I would state that no pre sale checks had evidently been made No service history with the car (except in 2016). The cost to me has been £300 to get a basic service and address the broken tail light. I have also purchased a GPS at £150. I’ve learned my lesson so I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealer.

I purchased a motor through Fenlake Car Sales on 12th June 2021. Around 7-10 days after I purchased the car I could not put it in gear and I called Jay to advise him that there was a fault with the clutch. Jay advised me to provide him with several repair quotes and that he would pay for the repairs as the car was under a 3 month warranty. I was unable to have the car put in for repair as the car was hit by a third party and put to a garage to have repairs done to the bodywork through the drivers insurer. This meant the car was away for over two months. When the car was finally returned to me I called Jay to provide him quotes for the repair on the clutch. He ignored my calls and when I finally got a hold of him he kept saying he would call me back - but never did. I believe it was Jay’s intention to ignore me until my warranty had expired as there was only several days of cover left. I put this in writing to him. Jay then advised me again to put the car in the garage and that he would cover the cost. Since then I have had my car repaired by a third party garage and sent the invoice to Jay on 4th October. As Jay ignored the invoice I had to pay for the repairs myself. Since then, I have threatened court action against the garage to which Jay advised he would issue the payment, which he assured me would be in my account by 11th October, however, I did not receive the payment. Then on 11th October Jay assured me payment would be in my account in the forthcoming week- however, I have still not received any payment. Since then, Jay has continued to ignore me and I have had no option but to report the garage to trading standards and try to recover damages through the court as Jay continues to ignore my correspondence. I have been lied to and ripped off by this garage. The car was not of satisfactory quality nor for for the purpose and I have been ignored and lied to time again and left to pay for repairs for which the seller had accepted liability. Please stay away from this untrustworthy and fraudulent garage and buy elsewhere.

Went out to just look at cars and instead bought one! Everyone was so helpful and were very happy with us browsing for ages. Purchased a Dacia - which we had never previously considered. All administration dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner. Great help over delivery.
