New car only came with 1 key and book stamped with BCA bristol in it and stickers on tyres. Been waiting 6 months for 2nd key. I was told it would be sent to me and I took this with good faith, Still haven't received it, If you want to buy a car, Avoid them! Not worth the headache and false promises

(Sales Person: Matt Hooton - Palmers Hemel Hempstead). Drove hundreds of miles to collect a car on 8th November 2019 (low miles ex-demo Abarth). Guaranteed as perfect, it had a damaged wheel, a tracking issue and no spare key (advised it would be sent in the post). Agreed to rectify the problems at my own cost and in my own time due to distance away from the dealer then submit the invoices for a refund. All communications went unanswered for weeks and had to resort to calling Abarth Customer Services. Finally got a refund after finally getting through to the Sales Manager, but still no key even though it has been promised many times. Received a call from Palmers saying they had ordered in a key but I will have to drive back to have it coded to the car. This contradicts the salespersons assurance that the key was available but at another site. I agreed to receive the in the post and take it to a local dealer for coding, but I still have not received anything some 7+ working days later. As a result, I'm still talking to Customer Services to resolve the situation. Very poor service, will never use this dealer again.
I went to Palmers Fiat in Watford to buy a new fiat 500. My experience with dealing with them in general is below par. My brand new fiat 500 is faulty and unfortunately I have had to spent more time dealing with people who clearly have not been trained in customer service. They are never available when you need to resolve an issue with your car. I have been left without a courtesy car. They are unable to communicate effectively with me. Palmers Fiat have made the entire car buying process a nightmare. I have lost all trust and confidence in them being able to make my safe for the roads.
After no pick up on a phone call, I got through to another palmers office who said they would get them to phone me regarding to book in a service, there was no call back, so I booked it online for an interim with collection and drop off for the following week, although waiting in all day, there was no collection, no service, no phone call, no email, will I use them again, maybe if I could use them in the 1st place.
I went to Palmers Fiat in May and bought a fiat 500. They were really happy to help, The car has a scratch on it but it was sorted by the next day. The car was really good value for money. I would recommend them I had a really good experience.
