Absolutely disgusting attitude. Shouting down the phone and threatening me with court. I emailed to say major issue with gearbox (Van advertised as great condition, full history, good running). Called me shouting down the phone then hung up on me. I wanted to be amicable and resolve it sensibly. Got money (under £300) off the sale as he could not provide service history to prove timing chain. (Now he's claiming discount because of gear grind...) Yes, I did drive it round the estate at low speed. Yes, 2nd gear did sometimes grind. He drove it too and it also did the same. I guessed it might be the selector cables as not familiar with the van and was assured it was a good running van. Asked at point of payment if there was a warranty. "Yes, 30 days". Since then discovered that rear doors cannot lock, 2nd key isn't even for that van, rear brakes bind and grind, gearbox is probably on it's last legs and driver seat belt broken and several other issues. Great, a van that you can't safely use or even park in the street securely. Van listing taken down... Oh well, just as well I screen shot it... ...meanwhile, I'm off to trading standards

This is a terrible company, they lie from the minute you set foot on the premises, they will agree to repairs (there will be lots), but will cover them up rather than repair them where possible. Selling unfit vehicles - damp, equipment not working, broken chassis, damaged wheels - I could go on. Will promise you all sorts for you to buy - missing paperwork, guarantees, warranties, servicing certificates, gas checks. They will tell you they are in the post but you will NEVER see them. Horrific customer service. They say will call back but never do, even the management are unprofessional, rude and will ignore all letters. Dangerous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

BE AWARE of this man and his company. I bought a vehicle from them in February with the promise that full service history was to follow. It’s now 8 months on and no service history, just lots of “still waiting for Mercedes “or ignorance. I chased Mercedes myself through my local dealership and their is no service history at Mercedes for the vehicle.

They are more than happy to take your money and promise excellent after sales service but god help you if anything goes wrong! Bought a van during lockdown that was delivered with a serious fault (which the delivery driver conveniently omitted to tell us about when he dropped it off). We were then promised by them that our local garage could repair on their behalf under their so called warranty as we were still in lock down. Then come the time to pay for the work work, guess what.......... they totally rescinded on the agreement and don't want to know you at all, and never call you back. Handy hint. The only way you will ever get to speak to the "amazing five star" gaffers James or John is if you withhold your number! All you then will get is an earful of shouting and rantting like other reviewers have experienced. Even the prospect of Trading Standards does not phase them! Don't just take my word for it, read all the other reviews 1st. As a previous reviewer wrote, "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" would appear to sum up our experience of them as well. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I would highly recommend this Company to anyone. Great to deal with, honest, polite and James went out of his way to deliver the truck to the door, over one hundred and ten miles. A true gentleman giving VIP service, plus a great truck at a good price, very rare these days. Don't go anywhere else.
