Was offered £4400 on a 13 plate transit fridge freezer van over eBay,made my boys travel 240+ miles from Manchester to other side of Scotland having told the van had minor side damage,but when viewed the van,it was proper rough and not been cleaned for months,engine management light was on and had been told it's because of flat battery (load of rubbish),engine was in proper dirty,stated on eBay that it had mot till till November 2018 yet was not showing any on mot.gov site,had their own mots station so that they could quickly pass the vehicle with out proper checks,their location was hidden in industrial estate with young boys working who don't have any clue of what is going on and to top it up,they wanted to charge £4500 after knowing my have travelled such distance and that we may be desperate for the vehicle,do not fall for their trap as they are not genuine dealers,their just back street garage with no forecourt,do not even think about getting any vehicle from this dealer,stay away!!

Bought a truck for my landscaping business from Fife trade centre was all done over the phone and delivered to my front door as I was so busy at work was as described and very happy with the service they gave me
This is the fifth van I have bought from fifetrade van centre, would would always recommend due to quality and pricing. Very helpful from start to finish, a pleasure to do business with, if they don't have in stock, they will try and source it for you. Will be returning in the near future to purchase another van for my business.
After speaking to the salesman at Fife Trade Van & Car Centre on the phone about a motorhome for sale I was assured it was a good buy, I had to get a flight from London to Scotland trusting this mans word. He promised to collect me from airport, then didn't, said if I got a taxi he'd knock the taxi fare off price of van, forgot to mention the clutch was knackered, the damp, the rust, was unable to show me anything working, but his mate said it was ok, all in all this man is a complete liar, I spent over £320 in flights, £120 in taxis and wasted an entire evening for nothing, even when I said no he would not even give me a lift to the end of the road... DO NOT DO BUSINESS
I have had 3 vans for my joinery company from fife trade centre over the last year and apart from good value found them very helpful with a good delivery service
I purchased a van from here in January. They asked for cash and the alarm bells should have rang, but I needed a van quickly for work so handed over £2300. I asked for the van to be delivered that afternoon , after getting lost for over an hour after I gave them clear instruction, it was bumped into a rock by them, given a brief apology and the key handed over before they took of as fast as they could. The van was disgustingly dirty ( advertises a full valet) but thats not the end of it. Within 3 weeks the gearbox went, the garage who repaired it found it held together with silicone and plastic bags. I got another few weeks before the turbo blew. £1285 so far spent on repairs with an estimated £1800 needed to fix air bag faults heating faults new clutch, perhaps new gearbox Also its been in a crash not mentioned. Altogether the worst van I ever bought. No answer to emails, phone never picked up ( bar once, nothing they can do, I should have taken it back to them - why would I with that level of care??) currently I have a trading standards case opened against them and am taking them to court.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Our 2016 plate van was delivered during lock down with an CRITICAL engine fault warning (which the delivery driver kindly neglected to NOT TELL US tell us about which allegedly "developed en-route). We have since spent the best part of 6 weeks trying to even get someone from the company to talk to us. Have phoned constantly and all you ever get is "James or John will call you back" and the never do! Promised us the van would come with a warranty, but a copy of one has still to appear. Now going down the TRADING STANDARDS ROUTE! Looking for a full refund now. Van will be a write off or auction lot in 2 months time when the MOT is due unless we spend best part of 2K on getting it repaired. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (unless you are best mates with these blokes already) Would not be surprised if all of the glowing "5 Star ratings" for James and John are from Family and Friends. Neither have had the decency to ever return any of my calls

Bought a suzuki vitara from them and was more than happy with purchase came clean and with previous service history and mots. Would recommend them good service

Bought a van from here, oil cooler and egr were on the way out, wasn't told must have deleted the codes on computer refused a refund 24 hours after I'd bought it, avoid
Bought a van from Fife Trade Van and Car Centre that was un-roadworthy and filthy. Owner was arrogant and unprofessional towards me. Wouldn't trust this company. Steer clear.
