I can’t recommend these guys highly enough, they were super helpful and accommodating when me and my partner visited to purchase a Nissan Juke last month. I wanted a Juke because my partner had one a few years ago and it was fab. Due to some issues with my leg I needed an automatic, so this car was perfect. When we went to see it the car was immaculate. It has made such a positive difference in my life and I couldn’t be happier with it.

The actual transaction itself was seamless. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently the process was handled. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour, which is truly impressive and speaks volumes about how organised these guys are. However, like many used cars, there was a slight fault with the vehicle. The guys in the office took ownership of the situation and got the car booked in to have the problem diagnosed and resolved. I had my car back within a couple of days with the issue resolved which is incredibly reassuring.

I am moved to write a review for the after-sales team at Finance car shop. I had to make a claim for a faulty alarm system and it was dealt with quickly, professionally and sensitively. Overall, my experience with Finance car shop has been positive. The Vauxhall Astra I purchased from them is absolutely brilliant, and I'm very happy with its quality. The customer service was great, and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. I’ve rated my experience 5 stars because I felt the process was smooth and they were very organised, I was able to drive away the same day.

After searching on Autotrader for a new car, I came across a wonderful looking Yaris for sale. The online description of the car was very thorough, and I'm happy to say that there were no surprises—it was exactly as described and the pictures were also spot on.
