I purchased a Yaris from Finance car shop a few weeks ago, and I'm enjoying my new car very much! The staff were very professional, polite and accommodating, they allowed my mechanic to inspect the car thoroughly, we went for a test drive, and the whole experience was really smooth. The Hyundai I purchased is fantastic!! The guys around the dealership were so helpful and friendly. The process was fast and efficient and I cant fault them at all. I highly recommend and I can confidently say I would come back for my next car!

Honestly excellent communication from start to finish. Found a Honda jazz for a great price, they sent me a video on WhatsApp of a walk around of the car. Before I committed to the trip down from Leeds!! They ensured I was fully happy with the car before I bought it. Thanks guys, highly recommend!

Appalling service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE!!! They are a perfect representation of how garages have your pants down and take 0 accountability. Their customer service is shocking, they sell cars that are a hazard. Not tightened terminal on battery before leaving garage. Then they then blame you for their mistake. Their legal team are just as bad, had a complaint open for 3 months and had no communication. How they are still running is beyond belief!!
Car broke down on day one and was undriveable. They refused to collect or agree to a local repair. Didn't meet AA Dealer promise criteria either. Couldn't provide all paperwork as it had been 'archived'. Took them to court and won full cost of repairs. Even that settlement wasn't paid until the last of the 21 days given to them by the court. Avoid!
