Audi Finchley Road, the customer service and vehicle I purchased from them has been terrible experience. Troubles from day 1 I brought the vehicle. It’s been 4 weeks now and I still have no date that tue vehicle will be fixed, they are operating underhand as they are selling cars with issues, and not telling the customers and don’t want to fix these issues

This is exactly our experience, but it has been 8 months. Many issues that should not of been on an Audi Approved car - even the brakes were below standard! They don't address the problems, Audi should be doing something about this garage.
They entered the wrong address on our forms so our vehicle registration got sent elsewhere and we are having enormous difficulties changing it to the right one. George and his colleagues were extremely rude and implied it was all our doing (ie we don't know our own address and must have typed in a completely random one) and took zero responsibility for their mistakes. Do not go here if you want good service.
Audi Finchley Road. Total waste of time. First test drive cancelled at short notice. Second test drive we turned up to find out they didn't have a car to test drive.
I'd absolutely recommend Finchley Road Audi, they are genuinely a great business and I'm loving the car its perfect. I'll be going back for my next car as they are genuine guys and I'm confident I'll have another great experience.
