We were looking to change to a more environmentally friendly car. We had seen one that fitted our requirements perfectly through the Finsley gate website. A little later the deal was agreed to an acceptable level for both parties and the arrangements kept to on both sides. Perfect!

I recently visited with my grandad and bought an Audi A3 from Finsley Gate Car Sales. It was in immaculate condition literally like brand new inside and out, The gentleman answered all mine and my grandads questions (he had a lot!) and was very patient and helpful. Took us on long test drive and put extra fuel in for us to get home. Lovely gentleman, super helpful, did not pressure us at all with the sale and the car is absolutely amazing quality. Will be returning to buy another family members car in near future.

An enjoyable and a most satisfactory experience - this is my honest appraisal of my dealings with Finsley Gate car sales ltd. Burnley where I purchased a lovely 8 year old Honda Jazz in November 2018. I have never had any previous dealings with this company neither have they requested I send this review. It is completely of my own volition and is my honest unbiased evaluation of Finsley Gate car sales. Having purchased numerous second hand cars over several decades, I was not looking forward to the frustrations one frequently experiences in dealing with used car dealerships. I initially spoke by phone with a courteous gentleman called Naeem who was most helpful and explained the entire service history and condition of the vehicle I was interested in . Naeem had all the supporting documentation readily available and could immediately answer all my questions relating to this car. Impressed so far, I called after that weekend to view the car. Naeem greeted me and invited me to take a long test drive on an adjacent traffic free road .He suggested we stop at a place en. route to thoroughly examine the car to satisfy myself that the car was as described. The car was exactly as described and was indeed in superb condition throughout and presented in impeccable condition. We returned to base and concluded the usual documentation , again all unpressurised and unhurried . We shook hands and I drove away , a very impressed and satisfied new owner of a lovely Honda jazz. Just bought an E Class Mercedes a week ago from Finsley Gate Car Sales, A totally straight immaculate car and i do know about cars ! The car was as good as it looked in the pictures , which often isn't the case. John the salesman is a friendly knowledgeable guy and doesn't apply any pressure whatsoever. This is a dealership you can buy from without any worries. The whole buying experience was a pleasure. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again. I traveled all the way from near Chester. It was worth the trip.

I purchased a 2006 Volvo V50 from Finsley Gate Motors in October 2014 after travelling from Sheffield to view the vehicle - at the time of writing the car is performing well and my wife and I are very pleased with it. My whole experience with FG was very good particularly John the Showroom Manager. All in all I believe FG to be a first class and trustworthy business and well worth a visit if you are looking for a quality used car
