AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Simple easy friendly customer service UNTIL I had bought a car and found multiple faults only days after driving away. Two oil leaks, 4 MOT failure tyres, gearbox fault. thermostat fault and a badly repaired broken wheel which an expert described as dangerous. I rejected the car under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights and was told that they would make out that I had caused all the faults, and that they would 'find' damage to prevent me being able to return the car. Am having to go to court to get back my deposit back - AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND FIND AN HONEST DEALER WHO WILL OFFER GOOD SERVICE AFTER YOU PART WITH YOUR MONEY AS WELL AS BEFORE
I purchased an Audi A6 from this dealership back in June and up to now everything has been great! The car was valeted and in really good condition and a reasonable price. The sales team were very helpful. I would recommend this dealership.

I bought a Citroen from this dealership in June. The sales team were helpful and the car was very clean and in good condition but after a few days that the air con wasn't working and the garage has said that there is actually a crack in in and they are working to fix it but I have had to wait for a few weeks for a courtesy car. Other than the issue with the car I think that they have been okay and I would recommend them.

Everything was really easy and smooth with Finsley Gate Car Sales. I purchased a Honda Civic from them back in May and touch wood, everything is running great. No issues at all. The car was very good value for money and I am very happy with it. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car.

What a brilliant garage. I bought a Land Rover Discovery 3 from Finsley Gate in April. When viewing the car I felt very comfortable and didn't feel like the salesman (John) was the normal pushy car salesman. He just let me drive the car and let it sell itself. I felt like you get what you see with him and no BS. The after sales care has been second to none. I usually find once you've bought the car and the garage have your money they don't want to know you but John at FG has been fantastic. I would highly recommend FG to anyone. Hope to have many more dealings with them in the future.
I bought a bmw 520d m sport from finsley gate car sales and I will be defiantly being going back later this year to buy another car for my wife, John the sales man there is a genuine man and very knowledgeable about the cars he sells, I would defiantly recommend this car dealer to anyone, great place to buy a car 5, stars from me, John from Blackburn.
John at Finsley Gate was very no nonsense in his approach, he fixed a couple of bits that needed doing to the car before the hand over with no delays, cracking bloke and a top notch dealership.

My purchase took place in March. The salesman at Finsley Gate Car Sales was lovely. He explained everything, he was very helpful and I got a 3 month warranty. I would more than happily go back again, I love the car and it drives great.
