Only gave 1 star because none wasn't an option. Bought a 2018 Kia Sportage 2021 within 12 months the Catalytic converter had to be replaced, took a month to get it booked and fixed. Another 6 months and the Clutch and Master Slave had gone, back to Kia for repair but couldn't book me in for at least 3-4 weeks so had to take to another garage. Now a further 6 months on and the RAC have rescued me for the 3rd time in 2 years, no fuel getting to the engine so car won't start. RAC got it running just to get to Kia but guess what, yes that's right you'll have to leave it here till we can fit you in for 3 weeks time we need all your paperwork for warranty but it won't be covered anyway. So now I have a car that only starts intermittently and Kia aren't interested in helping. No customer service at all, will have to take to my own mechanic to have looked at but tempted to just empty the car and leave it there and tell them to cancel the contract as I am over half way through! Will never recommend and will never buy another car from the dealership. Buyers beware.

Biggest waste of time. I don’t normally write a bad review. I arranged to test drive a car today after phoning the dealer yesterday afternoon. Told them I was driving from Oxford. Half an hour before my appointment to test drive (so I’m already there), I get a phone message saying that they’ve sold it. So they want me to believe that somebody in the last two hours has arranged a test drive, put a deposit down and bought the car. So clearly this was all arranged yesterday, and I said to them they should’ve told me, so that I wouldn’t have to drive so far for a car that was likely never available in the first place. Having worked in sales it’s obvious what’s happened. Really disappointing service! Someone could’ve even called me two hours ago to say someone is likely to put a deposit down and I wouldn’t of even driven down and would’ve waited quite happily. Clearly, all they are interested in is the sale - even if messing people about!

Had engine warning light come on intermittently. Took to garage for service but had to pay extra £80 for 1 hour diagnostics ( my OBD reader was pointing to cam sensor B ). Was told a software update cleared it. No diagnostic report given to me. Argued that it was an inherent fault at it was an update not an upgrade so shouldn’t have to pay as this should be part of service. They wouldn’t budge. Then to add salt in the wound they said if it happens again to get the cam belt changed ! Why!? I just paid £80 for them to fix problem.
Absolute joke and complete waste of time. 2/7 diagnostic with no definitive diagnosis apart from extra charge for new battery. Don't bother coming here! Used ppe left in open bag on back seat also!

Took my son’s Peugeot 208 to Peugeot Fishbrothers Swindon to investigate a low oil pressure warning light fault. After 3 days I was informed that to carry out the repair it would cost me £2000. I asked what was causing the fault and was informed by someone called Ben from service that it was probably down to using the wrong type or grade of engine oil, This would then cause the belt driving the oil pump to degrade, as the belt itself runs in the oil. This would then cause the belt to disintegrate and pieces from the belt would fall into the sump and block the oil strainer. This would show up as a low oil pressure warning fault. This information was a load of rubbish as the belt was not a belt but a chain and chains as far as I know don’t disintegrate and block anything! Ben said I may be able to get some financial assistance from Peugeot as this was a fault that shouldn’t have happened as the car was only 7years old. However after waiting for over 4 days I still didn’t get a reply from Peugeot and Ben said all we could do was wait. There was no urgency at all to get this car fixed and back to my son who had been catching a taxi back and forth to work for over a week. In the end I had to take the car from them and took it to a garage that had some urgency in getting it fixed. It only took this garage “Automax” 2 days to fix the issue and it only cost £360, not the £2000 Peugeot said it would cost. So if you have an issue with your Peugeot I suggest you look somewhere else to get it fixed because all Peugeot Fishbrothers want to do is rip you off and carry out work and change items that don’t need replacing. Also I suggest that if Ben is a service manager, then he should stick to that job and leave any explanations to what the faults could be to those that are qualified to make those type of statements especially if you don’t know what you are talking about. I wouldn’t take my car back again there again. 1 out of 10.
So I called Fish Brothers on Great Western Way at 9:05 - spoke to someone who took my details and he said he would get someone to call in 10 minutes - 9:35 I'm still waiting so called again - this time I get the answerphone - leave a message. - it's now 9:45 - called back and got the answering machine (pointless leaving a message as the 1st one had no effect) - called again at 9:55 and finally got someone who could book the car in - apparently they have only 2 people on today. Not the first time I've had problems with services over the year - the best one was when I booked the car in for a service and a fault recall and turned up on the day to find the appointment had never been put on their system!
I'd go as far to say Fish Brothers were brilliant, the staff provided exceptional service throughout and nothing was too much trouble. I definitely recommend them.
