We went to Fish Motors for the first time and purchased a Seat Leon. We have had them in the past, but this one is an upgrade from the previous one. We saw the car online, and when we went to see it in person, everything was as described. Dan helped with the sale, and he was not pushy at all—very forthcoming and provided great service. I felt like the prices were a little high, but it was really made up for by the great service we received. I have already recommended them to some people and would definitely go back in the future.

I would give u a 10 but 5 because it's highest I can go, Fish are easy to deal with no hassle, completely straightforward. The car seems exactly what was described. Staff were great easy to chat with, I would recommend the dealership to family and friends which I have already done. Good prices great service fantastic people.

I have had no issues with it so far. Overall, it was a brilliant process, and everyone at the dealership was delightful to deal with. I would 100% go back in the future if they had a car I was interested in and recommend them to people who are more local.

More than impressed with Fish Motors! This was my first time dealing with them, and I am beyond impressed with their customer service and clear drive for a great customer experience. They are a lovely family-run business, not pushy at all. I had been back on a few different days, and I could see they were treating all customers with the same level of service. I bought an MG ZS from the dealership and did a part exchange on my vehicle. I have never known a dealership to actually turn around and say that I could get a better price if I sold privately, and that if I was offered a better price, they would match it. And that is exactly what they did. Just absolutely unreal! They’re not trying to make a profit at the customer’s expense; they are probably one of the only customer-driven dealerships left out there. Nothing was hidden from me, and nothing was any trouble. I’d absolutely recommend them 1000 times over. I would say this is the old-school way, and it was a joy to buy a car from Fish Motors.

Bought our latest car from Fish Motors. Car is lovely. Ryan took the time to send us a youtube video pointing out a couple of tiny blemishes before we arrived which was very helpful and truthful. It is a family owned business with the sons working there too. We also received a welcome hamper which was really thoughtful. I would 100% recommend Fish Motors.

It has been a brilliant experience with Fish Motors; I cannot say one bad word. We saw the car on AutoTrader and went to view it in person. The car was exactly as shown online, and it looked so lovely. We did come back a few times as I was undecided about getting a bigger car (the Skoda Kodiaq), but in the end, we decided to go for it. The guys at the dealership were so friendly and not pushy at all. They gave us the time to think about the car, and I could really tell they were customer-focused. I didn’t feel any pressure from anyone at the dealership. When we picked up the car to take home, it was lovely and clean, ready for us, which again showed they really care about the customer experience. The car itself has been brilliant, with no issues at all. I couldn't recommend this dealership more. Just perfect all around.

This was my first time going to Fish Motors, and I had a very pleasant experience. The service was good, and every person I dealt with was helpful and friendly. I bought a Vauxhall Mokka. I’ve had Vauxhalls in the past, but the older models, and I am very happy with this one. My son-in-law and I went on a weekend trip up to York in it, and he also thinks it's a lovely car. There have been no problems with the vehicle, and I would definitely recommend Fish Motors.
