It’s been an absolute smooth sail dealing with these guys. It’s been so simple, and I cannot recommend them enough. I love my New A1 and cannot fault it. Never brought a car from fish motors previously, so I didn’t know what to expect when I decided to head down after finding them online. Their customer service was great, and they answered all the questions I had, and talked me through the car after the test drive. They made the purchase really quick and straightforward that it has been a great experience.

Big shoutout to these guys for the new Audi A4. Never purchased a car from them, but I came across them online and thought why not. So, I headed down just to have a look. I took the Audi on a test drive, and it was exactly what I wanted. The salesman who helped me answered all my questions, so I knew exactly what I needed to. And I feel like the car was priced quite fair. No complaints on my end, happy with my new car and was satisfied with the customer service.

These guys are absolutely champions. The car runs perfect, I love the X1. There was an engine management light which came on, but these guys were on it to sort it out straight away. I thought I was getting fobbed off, and after purchase they would just say it’s not their problem anymore. But they have been amazing, and still make sure to help out and do their part after sales. Really great dealership who do prioritise their service.

Cannot fault these guys. The car is mechanically brilliant. I had a browse around other places, but it was the Q3 I wanted, and they offered a fair deal, so I came down to these guys. I was in and out, it was so easy and quick, and I overestimated how much stress it would actually be on the day of purchase. They were really polite, and I cannot complain.

Absolutely top-notch customer service, cannot fault it. Never been to Fish motors for a car before. So didn’t know what to expect. I took a fancy to the BMW 5 Series and decided it was the one for me. When I went down to look at it, I spotted a minor fault, and they sorted it out straight away for me, with no issue. I wasn’t catfished by the online pictures, which is always a plus. The service was perfect, they offered me a test drive and refreshments, answered what I needed to know and are just on the ball all the time. Even after sale, whenever I call them, they answer straight away. A ten-star experience, it wouldn’t be fair to rate them anything lower.

The Volvo is spot on, honestly, they haven’t missed a beat. Never been to these guys for a car before, so with it being my first time heading down, my expectations weren’t that high. I was wrong for that. They were amazing. The car itself was exactly as it was described and how it looked in the online advertisement. There were no disappointments thankfully. The customer service was very good, the guys were friendly, they weren’t pushy at all and were very well informed, they knew everything. The process was really easy, I was given plenty of time to make an informed decision and there was no pressure or hard selling. They made sure I had no worries or issues throughout the whole experience. I love driving my new car, it genuinely drives perfect.

Found the garage online and looking at the pictures, everything seemed good enough, so I decided to head down to see the Ford in person. It looked like the pictures, so there was no misleading. The team were very helpful, and their customer service was great and attentive. The process was easy, and everything was prepped for me, I would for sure go back. Loving how my new Ford drives, so thanks to these guys.
