No major issues with Fish Motors. I bought my Mondeo back in January. It's running perfectly. It could have been cleaner when I collected it but the dealers were very pleasant and helpful and the car is worth the money. I would probably recommend.

I bought a vauxhall antara from Fish Motors,they sold me it and i found out after it had 2 bald front tyres,leaking rear suspension,headlight washers did not work,rear wiper blade didn't clean screen,front lower suspension arm bushes deteriorated allowing play,i know why they wouldn't put a new mot on now,car went back to them for suspension doing,they fitted a standard shock on it,when it has a special rear levelling suspension shocker,they said tyres were ok,even though wires were showing through,all they kept saying was its a used car,i ended up selling it back to them after having it for 3 weeks for £370 less than i paid,i put 2 tyres on to make it legal to drive,it was either that or a long drawn out fight,the law states you can return a vehicle within 30 days for full refund if faulty.they dont care and dont do as they should,DO NOT BUY OFF FISH MOTORS, AND THE ANTARA IS BACK UP FOR SALE MK10 UPN,advert says good mpg,i got 28mpg and i bet they haven't sorted the problems still,you've been warned,also trading standards have been informed of their practices.

We are sorry you felt the need to write this but we have to point out its not accurate . The parts fitted were the correct parts as checked with Vauxhall . The car was fit for purpose and has had an independent report to confirm . We dealt with this over and above what was needed in goodwill. Although there were no faults to the car we did give a FULL REFUND in goodwill to the penny of what was paid for the car for which was agreed and accepted. We are sorry you decided this was not the car you wanted anymore and hope you have now been sorted.

Really would like to get in touch with you. I 100% believe what you are saying as I have recently had the same problems 2 bald tyres front pads had less than 1mm and discs although advised on last years mot were still on the car and passed this years mot with no advisory. Mileage was wrong to what advert said told it had service history the only stamp in the book is there's where they claim to have changed the oil and filter Told it was the top spec model it is as basic as you could find at first it was yeah send us invoices for the work goodwill blah blah. Now have forced me to complain through the finance company as they no longer respond to my emails.
