After looking for weeks for a new car and finding it extremely stressful. I came across Fishers of Wigston whilst looking on auto trader. When it comes to buying cars I have zero luck. So was nervous about buying a new one. But from phoning, to visiting to view the car and throughout the process of purchasing. I was treated with nothing but helpful polite and genuinely caring staff. Charlotte was the lady who helped me complete my purchase and I couldn't have asked for a more kinder, caring or helpful person to help me. I was extremely anxious as I wanted to make sure everything was perfect with the car but Charlotte constantly reassured me and made me feel at ease! Not at all like the previous pushy sales representatives I had came across! For me the customer service was perfect and when I went to collect my car it was absolutely spotless and gleaming. I brought a brand new Ford Focus SR Line X from Fishers of Wigston at the end of Sept 2018. Initially I met up with their friendly staff at the Fleckney festival and was directed to Tom Wolfe at the show-room from there. What a pleasure the entire experience was. Staff very knowledgeable and Tom very patiently took me through all the options and arrived at a great specified Focus. I was initially hesitant in letting go of my old Focus, but believe me the new model is a quantum step up in presentation & performance. Thanks to Tom and all the staff at Fishers. I look forward to a continuation of a great relationship.

I had a ford focus which I hadn't bought from Fishers of Wigsgton but needed a code to unlock to the stereo I gave them a ring to which they said yeah bring the car down today an we'll do it for you so I did and then minutes later it was done ? They were go helpful and nothing was to much trouble I couldn't say thank you enough and now I have a stereo that works so thank you again.

I come to look around this dealership a few weeks back to look at a few cars they had on their forecourt. In the end I hadn't purchased from here but I would recommend it to anyone, I dealt with a young salesman there Jake who was absolutely spot on with everything we asked, he was very helpful and understanding, would definitely think about purchasing a car from here in the future. A great bunch of lads in the showroom and overall would recommend Fishers of Wigston to anyone!

I Purchased a car from N & SA Fisher but was so happy with everything I received i thought it was worth leaving a review here here. Found the staff helpful and knowledgable about the car and to the questions i asked, there was one lad there, Mark I think (could be wrong, sorry if i am), he was brilliant with me, not pushy and not at all like a typical salesmen. There was the slightest issue with the car and I took it back in expecting them to not be helpful and they took the car, had it sorted that day, i couldnt believe it. Would definitely recommend anyone to go here, i know ive told people already to use them and they have, so it mustnt just be me saying it. Top marks
