Absolutely delighted with the customer care and service we received. We are a little wary of using car dealers but Martin was brilliant, friendly, polite and a pleasure to deal with. We had a couple of minor issues which were put right straightaway. Would highly recommend this company and would make it our first stop when looking in the future.

Avoid Fishpond Autos like the plague, very quick at taking your money but no interest in sorting issues such as engine management and gear box - had a car from them less than a year it’s been off the road more than on it.

Bought a car from Fishponds Autos today. Brilliant warm service and they really looked after us well (including letting my son play with a toy car to keep him entertained). We were talked (with great knowledge) through a few cars before being able to take the time to explore the cars ourselves before picking one and taking it for a test drive.
