Everything went okay with FLC. I bought a Vauxhall Astra from they back in April. The service was good but pretty average, Darren was the same of the salesmen that I worked with I think and he was alright! The car is in good nick and I haven't had any issues up to now! It was also a pretty good price, Can't complain. Yes I would recommend this dealership.

Stay clear of these guys, the communications from the people that work there are extremely rude and arrogant. There a discrace and that's prior to sale, wouldn't want to know what there like after they have your money!!
I BROUGHT AN AUDI A3 IN JUNE 2014 AND I HAD TO GO BACK SEVERAL TIMES AS THERE WERE PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR. THEY SOLD ME A FAULTY CAR AND NOW IT WILL COST ME £1000 TO FIX WHICH IS MONEY I DON'T HAVE!! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE THEY HAVE LIED AND NOW WON'T FIX THE CAR OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!

This dealer rocks. I had some initial problems with the VOLVO XC90 car that I bought from them, they took the car from me, gave me a courtesy car, they fixed my car for me and gave it back to me like a new one. Even though it took some time, it was worth the waiting. I appreciate their customer care and concerns.
