Salesman at Fleet Direct in Doncaster gave inaccurate description of car and asked for deposit. I gave him 245 pounds in good faith but after doing a car history check I found he was not telling the truth. The manager said they would refund me but after 2 months have failed to do so.
After searching for a used car in my town, I came across fleet direct, I had visited other garages before and these guys came up top.. very friendly and full of knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble, the car i purchased is fantastic and will certainly be back in the future. Once again thank you FLEET DIRECT.
Superb service at Fleet Direct Doncaster, bought a Ford S Max for £5500 and has been a really good car, after sales service is great too.

Bought an X5 and out of the 7 weeks of owning it they had it back for nearly 5 as it wouldn't start. Even though my AA man told me it was a faulty starter motor they didn't replace it. Found out from others at work that they also had bad experiences from there too. Avoid at all costs as you'll be out of pocket with the repairs! If your engine management light DOESNT come on after driving one of their cars count yourself lucky. I've got videos of two different cars they give me as loan cars where they don't start, make screaming noises and yes the engine management lights are on. STAY WELL CLEAR
